Indianapolis-based design and optimization consultancy firm Design on Tap has named Ben Huddleston (pictured) director of engineering. He is the former president of Simplexity Marketing Group, which Design on Tap acquired earlier this summer. Also new to the team: Daris Strickland, engineer; and Allison Smith and Mike Westlake, both interface developers. 

Design on Tap was founded in 2014 and serves clients including Emplify, HC1, Delivra and USA Football. Simplexity was founded in 2008 in Carmel, and all full-time Simplexity employees were carried over to Design on Tap.
