Indianapolis-based Elevate Ventures has promoted Erica Schweyer to senior director of brand development and strategic initiatives. Earlier this year, she was promoted to senior director of events and special projects. Schweyer began her career with the private venture development organization in 2014 serving as administrative support to the statewide Entrepreneurs-in-Residence. From there, she joined the investment team as a senior analyst. 

In Schweyer’s new role, she will be responsible for communications, marketing and brand strategy, events, statewide partnership relations and execution and other special projects.
