BASi Board Chairman Retires

In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, BASi said, "the Company is deeply grateful to him for his exemplary leadership and personal dedication to the Company and its shareholders."
Boulet will be succeeded on the board by Matthew Neff, who currently serves as Of Counsel with Indianapolis-based Bingham Greenbaum Doll LLP. Neff will take Boulet’s place as chairman of the audit committee.
Interim Board Chairman Greg Davis says Neff’s "strong management, financial and legal background will be important, as we continue to focus on driving value for our shareholders."
Neff previously served as chief executive office of AIT Laboratories in Indianapolis as well as CHV Capital Inc., the venture capital subsidiary of Indiana University Health.
