She succeeds Rich DeHaven, who has retired. Scott is a well-established behavioral health industry leader and has served as the organization’s chief operating officer for the past 20 years. She became executive vice president in 2009, when Aspire Indiana was formed from the merger of the Center for Mental Health and BehaviorCorp. Scott has been an instrumental in Aspire’s goal of becoming an integrated healthcare provider in Boone, Hamilton, Madison and Marion counties.
