TriMedx has named Christopher Dunkerley chief financial officer, executive vice president of finance. He has more than 25 years of experience strengthening financial operations and driving significant growth of a variety of companies. Dunkerley has executive level experience for companies such as Siemens, Synagro and Redzone Robotics. He earned a diploma of business studies and finance from Kingston University in the UK. The firm has also named Art Fisher vice president and associate general counsel. He previously worked for Determine Inc., Faegre Baker Daniels LLP and Ernst & Young Global. Fisher has experience with human resources affairs, risk management, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. He received his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from DePauw University.
