Indianapolis-based 180 Skills LLC has named Jennifer McNelly president. She previously served as president of The Manufacturing Institute in Washington D.C. In her new role, McNelly will be responsible for leading industry engagement and strategy for the company, focusing on national and international partnerships. At The Manufacturing Institute, McNelly was responsible for developing an agenda to close the skills gap in the nation’s manufacturing sector in an effort to make American manufacturers competitive throughout the world. She was named among the inaugural 100 Women Leaders in STEM in 2012.
