Muncie-based Alliance For Strategic Growth Inc. has named Joe Frank vice president of policy and compliance. He will oversee the policy, compliance, outreach, communications and information technology functions. Frank previously served as policy analyst, director of communications and deputy commissioner with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. He holds an undergraduate degree from Ball State University and a graduate certificate from Indiana University, where he is completing a graduate degree in public administration with concentrations in policy analysis and finance.
