Carmel-based Mainstreet has named Jeff Key vice president of business development. Most recently, he served as vice president of the US healthcare systems team at The Medicines Co. Key earned a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and completed the Program for Pharmaceutical and Biotech Executives at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He currently holds a position on the Western Kentucky University National Alumni Board of Directors. The firm has also named Scott Roberts director of strategic projects, business development. He previously served as manager of strategy and product development at TriMedx. Roberts also spent time at Franciscan St. Francis Health. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and earned his master’s from Indiana Wesleyan University. Roberts received an executive certificate in leadership from the University of Notre Dame and was the recipient of the 2008 Tony and Mary Hulman Healthcare Achievement Award in Preventive Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Indiana Healthcare Executive Network and the Murat Shrine – Shriners Hospitals for Children.
