Timmerman serves as the vice president of education and community partnerships. He previously served as director of education policy for the Governor of Indiana and special adviser to the State Board of Education. He began his career with the Indiana House of Representatives and transitioned into the Indiana State Budget Agency as assistant director of Education and Economic Development. Timmerman holds a Juris Doctorate from the McKinney School of Law, and both a Master of Public Affairs and Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University, Bloomington. Reasoner was named vice president of talent identification. She previously served as director of talent initiatives at TechPoint, a fellow CICP initiative focused on technology growth. Reasoner started her career as an Orr Fellow at FinishMaster, where she was elected to serve as the Orr Fellowship’s chief of staff. Upon completion of the Orr Fellowship, Reasoner joined CICP to build TechPoint’s talent programs. Reasoner successfully launched four college-to-career programs aimed at building a tech talent pipeline for Central Indiana companies. Reasoner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from DePauw University. Broshears has been appointed director of development and communications. Previously, she served as the assistant director of Division III governance communications at the NCAA. Prior to the NCAA, she worked as an Orr Fellow at Compendium, a content marketing software company. Broshears received both a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Sport Administration from Ohio University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University.
