Indiana Electric Cooperatives has named Will Davis to its regulatory compliance staff. He served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years and was a private consultant in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry. Davis graduated from Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in geoscience and from University of Maryland-University College with a master’s degree in environmental management.
