Timothy Michel has been promoted to lead the east region asset services team for Cushman & Wakefield. He will partner with key local and business line leaders to build and expand client relationships and customer market share. Michel joined the firm in 1997, his responsibilities have included local, regional and national leadership roles, as well as, directing the firm’s national distressed services group.
