Indianapolis-based Well Done Marketing has hired Andy Teipen as director of business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in K-12 Music Education from Butler University and a Master of Science in Music Technology from Indiana University. Teipen most recently served in a similar role at Outside Source Design. He is also the drummer for high-energy rock n’ roll band Midtown Mad Men.
