The Egg & I to Open in Carmel
Indiana's first The Egg & I Restaurant is slated to open in Hamilton County next week. The breakfast and lunch chain has more than 80 locations nationwide and is expected to employ 30 people in Carmel. August 15, 2013
CARMEL, Ind. - Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 84th restaurant on Monday, August 19th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 2271 Pointe Parkway, Suite 150, just south of Merchant Square Mall at 116th & Keystone, in Carmel, IN.
On August 18th, the restaurant will donate 100 percent of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Indiana Children's Wish Fund. Indiana Children's Wish Fund's mission is to put smiles on the faces of children who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. "Indiana Children's Wish Fund is excited to be part of the new opening of The Egg & I. Through the generosity of partners like The Egg & I, we are able to help children’s dreams come true and give them hope for their future," said Terry Ceaser-Hudson, Executive Director, Indiana Children's Wish Fund.
