Vincennes University and Purdue University have announced a plan in which the final two years of a Purdue bachelor's degree in engineering may be offered on Vincennes campuses, with a focus on the improvement of the southwest Indiana workforce. The program is a partnership among Vincennes, Purdue’s College of Engineering at West Lafayette and the Purdue School of Engineering and Technology at IUPUI.

(i) on Education is designed to convene a more open discussion about education in our state and its contribution to a 21st century work force. From early childhood education to K-12, post-secondary and vocational opportunities, (i) on Education is about showcasing what Indiana is doing - and could do - to create a quality work force in a knowledge-based economy.
The (i) on Education segment will be a weekly feature on Inside INdiana Business Television, focusing on the people, trends and best practices shaping the state's education landscape. Content will also be distributed across the entire Inside INdiana Business multi-media platform.
