2020 All-Star Game Will Use Elam’s Ending

Can you imagine ending a basketball game without a game clock and instead playing to hit a “target” score? It’s the brainchild of Ball State Professor Nick Elam and tells us how the “Elam Ending” has found its way to the NBA for the All-Star Game.
