Indy Tech Company Octiv Acquired

Indianapolis-based sales technology company Octiv is being acquired by a Colorado company. Conga, which Octiv Chief Executive Officer David Kerr calls "the leader in the end-to-end intelligent document solution space," will add Octiv’s platform to its automation suite. Kerr says Octiv’s Indianapolis operation will remain local, adding the company will "accelerate investment in innovation."
