Lippert Components Promotes Schnur
Elkhart-based Lippert Components has promoted Jamie Schnur to group president - aftermarket. He most recently served as chief administrative officer. In this new role, Schnur will lead LCI’s aftermarket teams, which include aftermarket sales, customer service, marketing, information technology, business systems, customer experience and the technology division in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

Calumet Names CFO
Indianapolis-based Calumet Specialty Products Partners (Nasdaq: CLMT) has named H. Keith Jennings executive vice president and chief financial officer. Jennings will assume his duties in January, after a transition period with current CFO West Griffin, who previously announced he is leaving the company. Jennings will lead all accounting, tax, IT and capital market activities and will manage the partnership's balance sheet.

Cummins Promotes Kennedy to VP
Cummins Inc. has promoted Melina Kennedy to the newly-created role of vice president for product compliance and regulatory affairs. During the last six years, she has led the company's various business markets, most recently serving as general manager and executive director of the pick-up truck business. Prior to that, Kennedy served as a partner at Baker & Daniels.

Enbi Names CEO
Shelbyville-based Enbi Global Inc., a manufacturer of precision rollers, insulation, gaskets and sealing technologies has named Christopher Miller its chief executive officer. Miller previously served as vice president of the North America and APAC regions of software company Esko, a Danaher Company (NYSE: DHR). Miller has nearly 17 years of experience in a broad scope of areas.

Calumet CFO Stepping Down
The chief financial officer of Indianapolis-based Calumet Specialty Products Partners LP (Nasdaq: CLMT) is set to leave his role by the end of the year. Officials say West Griffin will stay with the company as a consultant and help facilitate a smooth transition for his replacement. The company says it is currently wrapping up its search process for a new CFO with a strong finance and chemicals background to succeed Griffin.

Cummins President, COO Stepping Down
The president and chief operating officer of Columbus-based Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) has announced plans to retire. Rich Freeland will step down from his role, as well as the Cummins Board of Directors, in October after 40 years with the manufacturing company. Cummins says Freeland joined the company in 1979 as a second shift foreman in Parts Distribution Center in Columbus.

Wiley Metal Announces Promotions
Marion-based Wiley Metal has promoted Joe Weimer to vice president of sales, marketing, quality, shipping & receiving and continuous improvement. Weimer previously served as director of quality. Also, Brad Bates has been promoted to vice president of engineering, scheduling, purchasing and production. Other promotions include: Ben Wiley to director of operations;

Lilly Announces Leadership Changes
Eli Lilly and Co. has announced several leadership changes in the company's corporate business development, oncology R&D, and managed healthcare services organizations. Darren Carroll (pictured), senior vice president of corporate business development, will retire at the end of August after 22 years of service.

Berry Global Promotes Two
Evansville-based Berry Global Group has promoted Jean-Marc Galvez (pictured) to president of consumer packaging for its international division. Also, Bill Norman has been promoted to president of consumer packaging in the North America division. Galvez moves to this position after having served as president of consumer packaging since January 2017. Norman most recently served as executive vice president of consumer packaging in commercial operations.

General Petroleum Hires Manager
Fort Wayne-based General Petroleum has named Jessica Tamulonis automotive business development manager. She most recently served as business development manager for Lubrication Technologies in Wisconsin. Tamulonis graduated with a communications degree from Ball State University.

Develop Indy Welcomes IUPUI Fellow
Develop Indy has added IUPUI fellow Stacia Murphy to provide analysis of equity related initiatives underway at the Indy Chamber and the City of Indianapolis. She is part of the American Studies doctoral program of IUPUl's School of Liberal Arts. Murphy is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Psychology and holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from Indiana University—Purdue University Indianapolis.

Thor Adds Two Managers
Elkhart-based Thor Industries Inc. has announced new senior management positions for its North American operations. The recreational vehicle manufacturer says the staffing moves are an "essential step" to its strategic plan Chief Executive Officer Bob Martin has named Matt Zimmerman and Chris Hermon to the newly-created roles of RV group managers.

Calumet Specialty Products Partners Names VP
Calumet Specialty Products Partners has appointed Valentina Serra-Holm to vice president of global product marketing. She most recently served as director of global marketing and technology at Nynas, a specialties-focused oil company that manufactures and sells bitumen and naphthenic products in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

Starcraft Names GM
Topeka-based recreational vehicle manufacturer Starcraft has named Brion Brady general manager for its Starcraft and Highland Ridge divisions. The company says it also has plans to upgrade equipment and move production to newer facilities on its Middlebury and Shipshewana campuses. The company says the move will help to update operations, including newer equipment, better efficiencies and a more streamlined workflow.

Accuride Appoints President and CEO
Evansville-based Accuride Corp. has named Robin Kendrick president and chief executive officer. Previously the president and general manager of BorgWarner’s Turbo Systems Business, Kendrick will step into his new role in June. An Accuride Board of Directors member since March 2018, Kendrick will continue to serve as a member of the board as part of his new role.

Stratosphere Quality Promotes Mayfield
Stratosphere Quality has promoted Andrea Mayfield to general manager, customer support. She has been with the company's customer service team for the past ten years. As general manager, Andrea will direct the customer service, accounts receivable and invoicing departments.

Conexus Adds Board Members
Indiana's advanced manufacturing and logistics initiative has added new members to its board of directors. Fort Wayne Metals Chief Executive Officer Scott Glaze and Kem Krest CEO Amish Shah are joining the 17-member board.CEO at medical device industry company Fort Wayne Metals since 1985, Glaze has also worked with the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Northeast Indiana Corporate Council and the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership.

Kimball International Hires VP
Kimball International, Inc. has appointed Koorosh Sharghi to the newly created position of Vice President, Strategy and Transformation. Sharghi will be responsible for leading the company’s transformational growth strategy and integration efforts. He joins Kimball with more than 14 years experience in business transformation and integration, including at Radio Systems Corporation. Pearson Named CEO of Pretzels Inc.
Bluffton-based Pretzels Inc. has selected Greg Pearson as its next chief executive officer. He most recently served as head of marketing for Florida-based e-commerce pet supplies retailer Chewy.com. Pearson succeeds Chip Mann, who will continue to serve as executive vice president of sales for the snack maker, as well as a member of its board of directors.

Lippert Components Appoints Chief Supply Chain Officer
Elkhart-based Lippert Components Inc. has promoted Scott Meiner to chief supply chain officer. He previously served as vice president of supply chain. Over the last 20 years, Meiner led several major operations, including chassis and axle production and window and glass tempering facilities.

Thor Industries Appoints Senior VP
Elkhart-based Thor Industries Inc. has appointed Troy James senior vice president of international operations. He will be responsible for the integration of Thor's international operations, including identifying and sharing best practices and achieving operating efficiencies at the company's newest acquisition Erwin Hymer Group. James will assume his role effective immediately, and will relocate to Germany to lead the post-acquisition integration of EHG.

Zimmer Biomet Appoints Puryear Senior VP, CHRO
Zimmer Biomet has appointed Pamela Puryear senior vice president, chief human resources officer. She most recently served as SVP and chief talent officer at Pfizer. In that role, Puryear spearheaded leadership development, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, organizational culture, diversity and inclusion and workforce analytics.

IBC Advanced Alloys CEO Resigns
The board of directors for Franklin-based IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. has announced the search for a new leader. The company says Duncan Heinz has resigned as chief executive officer. Heinz, a retired major general in the U.S. Marine Corps, also served as president of IBC and as a member of the board of directors. He has served on the board since 2011 and was named chief operating officer in January 2016.

Grand Design Hires Director
Middlebury-based Grand Design Recreational Vehicle Co. has hired Matt Chupp as director of marketing. He has a 23-year combined background of leadership and professional experience in the industry with marketing and engineering digital data systems and solutions in higher education. Chupp worked for his family’s business, the Mica Shop Inc. Chupp also previously spent eight years in marketing at the University of Notre Dame.

Accuride Names Interim President And CEO
Evansville-based Accuride Corp. has appointed Jason Luo interim president and chief executive officer. The announcement follows the resignation of former CEO Rick Dauch, who has since joined Delphi Technologies. Luo previously served as chairman and chief executive officer of Ford China. He has served as a director since March. Luo also serves as a senior advisor to Crestview Partners, the majority owner of Accuride Corp.

Cummins Announces New CFO
Cummins has announced Chief Financial Officer Pat Ward will retire in the Spring and will be succeeded by Mark Smith, with both moves effective March 31. Ward served in several capacities for Cummins in his 31 years with the company. Smith most recently served as Vice President of Financial Operations.

G&H Orthodontics Appoints CEO
Franklin-based G&H Orthodontics has appointed John Voskuil chief executive officer. He has more than 20 years of experience delivering solutions to patients and doctors in the dental and orthodontics industry. Voskuil has previously held a number of senior leadership positions at Dentsply Sirona.

Grand Design RV Promotes Two
Middlebury-based Grand Design Recreational Vehicle Co. has promoted Peter Kinden to national sales manager. He most recently served as Reflection, Imagine product manager. Lippert Components Inc. has hired Roy Carter as vice president of global aftermarket and customer support. He has a long and successful history of leading operations and sales in the global retail channel. Carter most recently worked for Bailey of Bristol Caravans and Motorhomes, a UK manufacturer of RVs and aftermarket accessories, where he helped grow the company’s aftermarket sales through new product introduction and dealer merchandising programs.

AcceLINX Adds Lindeman as a Consultant
Warsaw-based AcceLINX has added a new member to its roster of consultants who are available to assist startups in their growth from concept to commercialization. Phil Lindeman most recently spent eight years heading up the industrial design + human factors group for DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction and Power Tools. Wabash National Promotes Glazner

Kimball International Hires New CEO
Jasper-based Kimball International Inc has selected Kristie Juster as its next chief executive officer. Juster, who has served on the company's board of directors since 2016, succeeds Bob Schneider, who announced his retirement earlier this year. Juster will begin her new role next month. She previously served as the president and CEO of the Global Writing Division of New Jersey-based Newell Brands Inc.

Cummins Inc. has named Jonathan Wood vice president – components engineering. As an officer, he will continue to lead all aspects of engineering for components along with his role as engineering functional leader for the Cummins Europe Area Business Organization. Brehob Hires Sales Manager
Brehob Corp. has hired Rob Grizzle to lead air compressor sales as the company’s first sales manager, air compressor division. He has more than 23 years of industrial sales experience and 14 years of air compressor sales. Shor Takes Helm of Haynes
Michael Shor, who had been serving as interim president and chief executive officer of Kokomo-based Haynes International Inc.since May, has been appointed to the positions on a full-time basis. He previously served as the alloy manufacturer's board chairman and was executive vice president of Philadelphia-based Carpenter Technology Corp. Robert Getz has been named Haynes' next board chair and Shor will continue to be a member of the company's board.

Renato Vidal to Lead GE Aviation's Lafayette Plant
GE Aviation, Lafayette Engine Facility has promoted Renato Vidal to plant leader. He is responsible for providing leadership for engine assembly and overhaul operations as the plant continues to accelerate production of the CFM LEAP engine, the fastest-selling engine in commercial aviation history. Vidal is a 19-year GE veteran and most recently led operations at the GE Aviation engine overhaul facility in Petropolis, Brazil.

He has several years of car wash industry experience with different types of car wash equipment in self-service and rollover industry, as well as with tunnel equipment.

U.S. Steel Names Gary Works GM
Pittsburgh-based United States Steel Corp. has named a new general manager for its largest integrated steel making facility. Daniel Killeen will now lead the day-to-day operations of the Gary Works facility. Killeen has been a part of U.S. Steel since 1996, during which time he has held a variety of positions throughout the world.

ArcelorMittal Names New North American CEO
ArcelorMittal, a global steelmaker with a major presence in northwest Indiana, has named Brad Davey chief executive officer for its North American operations and a member of the group management committee. He will report directly to Chairman and CEO Lakshmi Mittal. Davey previously served as vice president and chief marketing officer for ArcelorMittal North America.

Kimball Electronics VP Retires After 43 Years
Jasper-based Kimball Electronics Inc. has announced Vice President of Human Resources Julie Dutchess is retiring after nearly 43 years with the company. She started her career at the manufacturing operation and held various positions of increasing responsibility before she was named VP in 2014. Jessica DeLorenzo has been named her successor. She most recently served as director of organizational development.

Continental Structural Plastics Appoints First Female Plant Manager
Continental Structural Plastics, a world leader in vehicle lightweighting technologies, has promoted Karen Williams to plant manager of its Huntington-based manufacturing facility. She becomes the first female named to a plant management position in the company’s more than 50 years in operation. Williams, who joined CSP in 2010, most recently served as corporate quality manager.

Hillenbrand Adds to Team
Batesville-based Hillenbrand has appointed J. Michael Whitted senior vice president, strategy and corporate development. He brings more than 20 years of strategy and M&A experience to the company, having served most recently as vice president, corporate development for SPX Corp. and SPX Flow Inc. Also, Richard Dudley has been promoted to leader of investor relations. He most recently served as director of financial planning and analysis since 2014.

New Wabash National CEO Begins
The new chief executive officer of Lafayette-based Wabash National Corp. has begun his tenure. Brent Yeagy was named CEO in December, succeeding Dick Giromini, who stepped down from the role Friday. Yeagy has been with the company since 2003 and has served as president and COO since October 2016.

Haynes International CEO to Retire
The chief executive officer of Kokomo-based Haynes International Inc. has announced plans to retire. Mark Comerford, who has served in the role for nearly 10 years, will remain with the company as an advisor through September 30, which is the end of the company's fiscal year. Michael Shor, chairman of the board for Haynes, will serve as interim president and CEO until a permanent successor to Comerford is named.

Wabash National Names General Counsel
Melanie Margolin has been named senior vice president and general counsel at Wabash National Corp. She will oversee all of the company's legal affairs and offer advice for developing policies and strategic growth plans. Margolin most recently served as deputy general counsel at Cummins. She has 21 years of legal experience.

Lippert Components Names Chief Sales Officer
Lippert Components Inc. has promoted Andy Murray to chief sales officer. He previously served as vice president of RV sales. In this new role, Murray will maintain his current responsibilities while working closely with the international RV markets, as well as the company's aftermarkets, marine markets and other leisure and mobile transportation markets.

Allison Transmission Promotes Bohley to CFO
Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. has promoted G. Frederick Bohley III to vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, effective June 1. He has been with the Indianapolis-based manufacturer since 1991 and currently serves as vice president, finance and treasurer. Bohley began his career with the finance department where served as general accountant, tax specialist, internal auditor, plant analyst and manager of financial planning and analysis.

Kimball International CEO to Retire
Kimball International Inc. has announced Chief Executive Officer Bob Schneider will step down later this year. He informed the Jasper-based company's board of directors that he will retire October 31, after four years at the head of the company. Schneider intends to remain a board member until his term expires in 2020.

Poly Electronics Hires Manager
Elkhart-based Poly Electronics LLC has hired Norman Carlson as quality assurance manager. He has more than 30 years of quality management experience. Carlson is a Six Sigma Black Belt that is a certified ASQ Quality engineer and auditor. He has previously led several organizations through certification and maintenance of ISO 9001 standards.

Primex Plastics Corp. Appoints Two Managers
Richmond-based Primex Plastics Corp. has added Ray Schwartz as product manager-protective packaging and Justin Rosenbleeth as southeast territory business manager. Schwartz most recently worked for the ORBIS Corp. Rosenbleeth is a graduate of Florida State University, having earned a BS in mechanical engineering in 1998.

The Luxembourg-based parent of one of the largest employers in the northwest part if the state has announced changes at the top. ArcelorMittal Group Chief Financial Officer and Europe Chief Executive Officer Aditya Mittal has been named president, reporting to his father, ArcelorMittal Chairman and CEO Lakshmi Mittal.

Rolls-Royce North America Names CEO
Rolls-Royce Holdings plc has appointed a new chief executive officer for Rolls-Royce North America, which has a major presence in Indianapolis. Tom Bell will succeed Marion Blakey, who earlier this month announced plans to retire at the end of June. Bell returned to Rolls-Royce at the beginning of February to serve as president of the company's defense business and will maintain that position in his new role.

Indiana Furniture Names Schmidt Director of Marketing
Jasper-based Indiana Furniture has named Paula Schmidt director of marketing. She has more than 20 years of experience in creative marketing, voice of the customer, promotion, and more, Schmidt has developed and implemented strategic marketing plans and corporate identity for a variety of industries and organizations. She previously served in a similar role for Paoli Office Furniture.

Cummins Announces Key Leadership Moves
Cummins Inc. has promoted Melina Kennedy to executive director – pickup business. Regina Barringer will succeed Kennedy as general manager, global rail and defense. Kennedy joined the company in 2012. Barringer joined the rail and defense team late last year as director of operations.

Honda Announces Greensburg Leadership Changes
Honda Manufacturing of Indiana LLC in Greensburg has named Isao Matsuzaki president. He succeeds Bob Nelson, who will become senior vice president and regional division manager of the North America E-Planning Division at Honda of America Manufacturing in Ohio. Rolls-Royce North America CEO to Retire
The chief executive officer of Rolls-Royce North America is retiring. The company, which has a major presence in Indianapolis, says Marion Blakey will step down at the end of June after nearly three years as CEO. Before joining Rolls-Royce, Blakey spent nearly eight years as president and CEO of the Aerospace Industries Association. She is also a former administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.

Flint & Walling Promotes Painter
Kendallville-based Flint & Walling has promoted Ben Painter to national accounts manager – wholesale. He brings 13 years of experience in the water systems and plumbing industry and has been with the company for eight years. Dick Giromini to Retire From Wabash National
Lafayette-based Wabash National Corp. has announced Chief Executive Officer Richard Giromini (pictured) will step down in June. Brent Yeagy, current president and chief operating officer, will become president and CEO. Mike Pettit has been appointed senior vice president and group president, Final Mile Products. Also, Mark Weber, president and chief executive officer of the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Supreme Industries Inc., is stepping down.

Cummins Exec Retiring After 36 Years
Cummins Inc. has announced Ed Pence, vice president of strategic initiatives, is retiring after 36 years with the company. He began his career at Cummins in purchasing, which he credits for helping him learn about the company’s products and operations. Most recently, Pence played a key role in restructuring that led to High Horsepower’s merging with Cummins Power Generation to become Cummins Power Systems.

Van Ausdall & Farrar Makes Promotion

New Leader to Take Over at BraunAbility

LCI Promotes Yoder to GM
Lippert Components has promoted Carl Yoder to general manager for its warehousing division at Plant 39. Previously, he served as assistant general manager at LCI Plant 45. Yoder started at the company in 2004 working on the operations floor as a forklift driver. He was promoted to plant manager in 2009 and later to assistant general manager.

80/20 Inc. Appoints CFO
Columbia City-based 80/20 Inc., an international T-slot aluminum building system and solutions provider, has appointed Patrice Mauk chief financial officer. Cummins Promotes Bush to VP

Indianapolis Manufacturer Names Medical Director

Allison Transmission Names Next CEO
The board of directors for Indianapolis-based Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. has selected David Graziosi as the company's next chief executive officer. Graziosi currently serves as president and chief financial officer. He will succeed Larry Dewey, who will retire at the end of May. Graziosi joined Allison as executive vice president, CFO and treasurer in November 2007.

Toyota Material Handling Makes Promotions

Dow Agro CEO to Take New Gig in Omaha

He will succeed Rick Parod, who is retiring after 17 years with the irrigation, infrastructure and road safety equipment manufacturer. The move is expected to to take effect October 16.

Brehob Corp Hires HR Director
Indianapolis-based Brehob Corp. has named Michael Dottery its new human resources director. He most recently worked as a human resource manager for CLM Pallet Recycling Inc. DePauw Graduate to Lead General Mills
Jeffrey Harmening (pictured), a graduate of DePauw University, has been promoted to chief executive officer of Minnesota-based General Mills Inc. He was an economics major and Management Fellow at the university. Harmening will begin his new role June 1. He graduated from DePauw in 1989 and has been with the company for 23 years, most recently serving as president and chief operating officer. Harmening succeeds Ken Powell, who has served as CEO since 2007.

Horton Joins Conexus Indiana as Director
Amy Horton (pictured) has been named Conexus Indiana's director of Workforce and Education. In this newly-created position, she will oversee signature programs, including Hire Tech, Conexus Interns and A+ Partners. Horton has 20 years of federal and state policy, program and administrative experience in education and workforce issues. She joins the executive team after serving for three years as policy and research director for Project Lead The Way.

Franklin Electric Appoints President
Franklin Electric Co. Inc. has appointed Donald Kenney president of North America Water Systems. He was hired as FE Petro employee number five in 1991. Over the years, Kenney has assumed increasing levels of responsibility, becoming president of FE Petro in 2001, and then president of Franklin Fueling Systems in 2005. In 2013, he was appointed a vice president of Franklin Electric Co. Inc. and promoted to president of Energy Systems.

Primex Appoints Applications Development Engineer

Peterson Leaving Eli Lilly

The drugmaker has also promoted Johna Norton to senior vice president of global quality, succeeding Fionnuala Walsh, who is retiring after 28 years at Lilly.

Cummins Names Two Vice Presidents
Columbus-based Cummins has promoted Carole Casto to vice president of communications. In this newly-created position, she will oversee the company’s global communication strategy, executive speech writing, crisis communications, digital, visual and internal communications and media relations. Also, Mahesh Narang has been appointed vice president of Cummins Turbo Technologies. He joined Cummins in 2002 as an MBA intern.

Cummins Names Clulow VP
Cummins Inc. has promoted Chris Clulow to vice president – corporate controller. He replaces Marsha Hunt, who has been appointed to the Financial Accounting Standards Board for a term beginning July 1. This public service to the U.S. financial markets requires her to leave her role at Cummins. Clulow joined the company in 2004 as a director in the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance group.

Anderson Joins Cummins as VP
Columbus-based Cummins Inc. has named Peter Anderson vice president of global supply chain and manufacturing. He previously worked for Ernst & Young, where he helped form and lead the America’s Supply Chain Practice and consulted with Cummins and other global companies to develop their supply chain strategy. In his new role, Anderson will join the leadership team and operating team.

Berry Plastics Promotes Salmon to CEO
The board of directors for Evansville-based Berry Plastics Group Inc. has promoted Tom Salmon (pictured) to chief executive officer. He previously served as president and chief operating officer. Salmon succeeds Jon Rich. Salmon joined the company in 2007 following the acquisition of Covalence Specialty Materials.

Leadership Changes Announced at Zimmer Biomet
Warsaw-based Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc. has announced the retirement of President of Americas Stuart Kleopfer (pictured). He will be succeeded by Vice President of U.S. Sales Robert Delp. Kleopfer became president of pre-merger Biomet U.S. in 2011 and has been with the company since 1988.

Allison Transmission CEO to Retire
The chairman and chief executive officer of Indianapolis-based Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. has announced plans to retire. The company says its board of directors has entered into a new employment agreement with Lawrence Dewey which runs through May 31, 2018, at which point Dewey will retire. The Allison Board of Directors says it will implement a transition plan ahead of Dewey's retirement and will consider both internal and external candidates to succeed Dewey as CEO.

Berry Plastics Group Appoints Division President
Berry Plastics Group Inc. has promoted Jean-Marc Galvez to president of its Consumer Packaging Division. He most recently served as president for Europe, Middle East, India and Africa for the company's Health, Hygiene and Specialties Division. Galvez succeeds Tom Salmon, who was appointed as president and COO in October.

Coburn Joins IMMI
Westfield-based IMMI has named Monica Coburn student transportation account manager. She previously served as president of the School Transportation Association of Indiana, and served as transportation director for both Indianapolis Public Schools and Bartholomew County Schools. During her tenure in Bartholomew County, Coburn saw firsthand the benefits installing seat belts on school buses brought to her fleet.

Toyota Indiana President Lands New Gig
One of the most well-known names in the Indiana auto manufacturing industry is leaving the state. Norm Bafunno, president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana Inc., has been named group vice president of North American competitiveness at the company's new regional headquarters in Plano, Texas. He joined Toyota as general manager of production at TMMI in 1997.

ValueSelling Associates Names Managing Partner
ValueSelling Associates Inc., the creator of the ValueSelling Framework, has named Gerardo Salgado managing partner for the Indianapolis area. His background includes sales and management positions in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical devices, retail and financial services sectors, as well as for brands such as IBM, Gartner and Sprint.

JECO Plastics Names Sales Manager
Plainfield-based JECO Plastic Products has named Hank Baird sales manager. He previously served for more than two decades at Heidelberg USA as a printing press technician. Elkhart-based Arterra Distribution, the RV division of the WFCO Group, has appointed Rich Dotson president. He previously served as general manager for Industrial Finishes and Systems Inc. Dotson brings more than 20 years of experience in the RV industry to the Arterra team.

Lippert Components Announces Hire & Promotions
Elkhart-based Lippert Components Inc. has promoted Brenden Bosworth (pictured) to the newly-created aftermarket national sales manager for LCI's Alternate Channels. Ryan Casey (pictured) has been promoted to director of motorized sales. He began his career with LCI two years ago as general manager of plant 72. The company also hired Yan Cyr as regional sales manager for eastern Canada. He previously worked for Aldo Group and then transitioned to Polar Electro Oy.

Retired General Joins AM General
South Bend-based AM General has named retired U.S. Army General Jack Keane executive chairman. In his new role, he will provide "strategic oversight and counsel" regarding the company's strategic growth initiatives. Keane will work with Chief Executive Officer Andy Hove and AM General's parent, MacAndrews & Forbes Inc., in his new position. He spent nearly 40 years in the Army before retiring as a four-star general.

Lippert Components Appoints General Manager
Elkhart-based Lippert Components Inc. has promoted Marcus Montie to general manager of the E-Coat Division, Plant 72. He previously served as head of the R&D team and has more than 15 years of management experience in the automotive industry. Montie brings vast, international automotive experience in product design and manufacturing equipment.

Allison Transmission Names Senior VP
Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. has appointed John Coll senior vice president of global marketing, sales and service. He previously served as vice president of sales and marketing at Gerdau Ameristeel U.S. He also served for 14 years at Eaton Corp. in various executive positions, most recently as vice president of global marketing for the vehicle group.

Berry Plastics CEO to Retire
Evansville-based Berry Plastics Group Inc. has announced Jon Rich (pictured) is retiring. He has been chief executive officer and board chair since 2010. Rich plans to retire from day-today operations in February. Consumer Packaging Division President Tom Salmon has been named president and chief operating officer as part of the transition process.
