Kokomo-based Haynes International, Inc. has elected General Larry O. Spencer, USAF (Ret.) to its board of directors. He served 44 years in the United States Air Force, retiring as a four-star general in October 2015.

Indianapolis-based Brehob has hired Michael Campbell as senior controller.  He brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Campbell most recently served as financial controller for Fluid Waste Services in Noblesville. 

Elkhart-based Lippert Components, Inc. has named Rob Ford chief technology officer for LCI Technologies.  He has been deeply involved in numerous facets of technology for over 25 years.

Eli Lilly and Company announced Josh Bilenker (pictured), Nisha Nanda (pictured) and Jacob Van Naarden will jointly lead the company's new organization, Loxo Oncology at Lilly. All three serve in management at Loxo, which Lilly acquired in early 2019.

Pretzels, Inc. has named Mike Kaczynski vice president of sales. He brings more than 30 years of professional sales experience to his new role.  Most recently, Kaczynski served as the head of U.S. sales with the Evans Food Group in Chicago.

Elkhart-based Lippert Components has promoted Jamie Schnur to group president - aftermarket. He most recently served as chief administrative officer. In this new role, Schnur will lead LCI’s aftermarket teams, which include aftermarket sales, customer service, marketing, information technology, business systems, customer experience and the technology division in Sterling Heights, Michigan.  

Indianapolis-based Calumet Specialty Products Partners (Nasdaq: CLMT) has named H. Keith Jennings executive vice president and chief financial officer. Jennings will assume his duties in January, after a transition period with current CFO West Griffin, who previously announced he is leaving the company. Jennings will lead all accounting, tax, IT and capital market activities and will manage the partnership's balance sheet.  

Jasper-based Versteel has named Jacklyn Ady director of product design and development. She most recently served as an independent design consultant.  Prior to that, Ady served as an industrial designer at Escalade Sports.  

Cummins Inc. has promoted Melina Kennedy to the newly-created role of vice president for product compliance and regulatory affairs. During the last six years, she has led the company's various business markets, most recently serving as general manager and executive director of the pick-up truck business. Prior to that, Kennedy served as a partner at Baker & Daniels.  

Toyota North American Operations has named Leah Curry president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Indiana. She previously served as president of the company's operations in West Virginia.  

Shelbyville-based Enbi Global Inc., a manufacturer of precision rollers, insulation, gaskets and sealing technologies has named Christopher Miller its chief executive officer. Miller previously served as vice president of the North America and APAC regions of software company Esko, a Danaher Company (NYSE: DHR). Miller has nearly 17 years of experience in a broad scope of areas.  

The chief financial officer of Indianapolis-based Calumet Specialty Products Partners LP (Nasdaq: CLMT) is set to leave his role by the end of the year. Officials say West Griffin will stay with the company as a consultant and help facilitate a smooth transition for his replacement.  The company says it is currently wrapping up its search process for a new CFO with a strong finance and chemicals background to succeed Griffin.   

Koorsen Fire & Security has promoted Ryan Stewart to VP of Sprinkler Operations. Stewart has been with the company for a decade. He will assist all branches to train team members. 

The president and chief operating officer of Columbus-based Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) has announced plans to retire. Rich Freeland will step down from his role, as well as the Cummins Board of Directors, in October after 40 years with the manufacturing company. Cummins says Freeland joined the company in 1979 as a second shift foreman in Parts Distribution Center in Columbus.  

Marion-based Wiley Metal has promoted Joe Weimer to vice president of sales, marketing, quality, shipping & receiving and continuous improvement. Weimer previously served as director of quality. Also, Brad Bates has been promoted to vice president of engineering, scheduling, purchasing and production. Other promotions include: Ben Wiley to director of operations;

Franklin-based G&H Orthodontics has named Charles Wemhoff vice president of operations. He has served in various executive and operations leadership roles over the past 20 years at Viant Medical, Integer, Metaldyne and ArvinMeritor.

Eli Lilly and Co. has announced several leadership changes in the company's corporate business development, oncology R&D, and managed healthcare services organizations. Darren Carroll (pictured), senior vice president of corporate business development, will retire at the end of August after 22 years of service.  

Valparaiso-based Portable Heater Parts has promoted Marc Smith to vice president. He most recently served as division manager. He has been with the company since 1999.

One of the co-founders of Elkhart-based Thor Industries is stepping down as executive chairman. Peter Orthwein will remain on as chairman emeritus with the recreational vehicle manufacturer.

Middlebury-based Jayco has promoted Randy Gallmeyer to vice president of quality. He started his career in the RV industry at the company in 1991. Before that, Gallmeyer ran the service department for Double Eagle, manufacturer of semi-truck sleepers.

Evansville-based Berry Global Group has promoted Jean-Marc Galvez (pictured) to president of consumer packaging for its international division. Also, Bill Norman has been promoted to president of consumer packaging in the North America division. Galvez moves to this position after having served as president of consumer packaging since January 2017. Norman most recently served as executive vice president of consumer packaging in commercial operations.

Lippert Components has hired Matt Lilley as regional sales manager in the west coast region. Lilley will support the company's aftermarket growth efforts for RV products. He previously served in the U.S. Navy. Lilley holds a degree from Kent State University. 

Fort Wayne-based General Petroleum has named Jessica Tamulonis automotive business development manager. She most recently served as business development manager for Lubrication Technologies in Wisconsin. Tamulonis graduated with a communications degree from Ball State University.

Develop Indy has added IUPUI fellow Stacia Murphy to provide analysis of equity related initiatives underway at the Indy Chamber and the City of Indianapolis. She is part of the American Studies doctoral program of IUPUl's School of Liberal Arts. Murphy is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Psychology and holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from Indiana University—Purdue University Indianapolis.

Franklin-Based G&H Orthodontics has announced Bryant Ricker as vice president of sales. He most recently served as vice president U.S. business at 3M Oral Care solutions division. 

Elkhart-based Thor Industries Inc. has announced new senior management positions for its North American operations. The recreational vehicle manufacturer says the staffing moves are an "essential step" to its strategic plan Chief Executive Officer Bob Martin has named Matt Zimmerman and Chris Hermon to the newly-created roles of RV group managers.  

Calumet Specialty Products Partners has appointed Valentina Serra-Holm to vice president of global product marketing. She most recently served as director of global marketing and technology at Nynas, a specialties-focused oil company that manufactures and sells bitumen and naphthenic products in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

Topeka-based recreational vehicle manufacturer Starcraft has named Brion Brady general manager for its Starcraft and Highland Ridge divisions. The company says it also has plans to upgrade equipment and move production to newer facilities on its Middlebury and Shipshewana campuses. The company says the move will help to update operations, including newer equipment, better efficiencies and a more streamlined workflow.  

Evansville-based Accuride Corp. has named Robin Kendrick president and chief executive officer.  Previously the president and general manager of BorgWarner’s Turbo Systems Business, Kendrick will step into his new role in June. An Accuride Board of Directors member since March 2018, Kendrick will continue to serve as a member of the board as part of his new role. 

Lippert Components in Elkhart has contracted Joerg Reithmeier to act as senior advisor for business development. He most recently served on the executive board for Erwin Hymer Group, Europe’s largest caravan manufacturer.

Stratosphere Quality has promoted Andrea Mayfield to general manager, customer support. She has been with the company's customer service team for the past ten years. As general manager, Andrea will direct the customer service, accounts receivable and invoicing departments.

Indiana's advanced manufacturing and logistics initiative has added new members to its board of directors. Fort Wayne Metals Chief Executive Officer Scott Glaze and Kem Krest CEO Amish Shah are joining the 17-member board.CEO at medical device industry company Fort Wayne Metals since 1985, Glaze has also worked with the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Northeast Indiana Corporate Council and the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership.  

Kimball International, Inc. has appointed Koorosh Sharghi to the newly created position of Vice President, Strategy and Transformation. Sharghi will be responsible for leading the company’s transformational growth strategy and integration efforts. He joins Kimball with more than 14 years experience in business transformation and integration, including at Radio Systems Corporation. Sharghi holds a bachelor's degree from Tennessee Wesleyan College. 

Martinsville-based For Bare Feet has added John Corrigan as chief financial officer and Jeff Jackowski inventory control manager. Corrigan has more than 25 years experience in finance and accounting. He recently served as chief operating officer at BrandMuscle. Jackowski spent more than 20 years in the corporate office of LIDS Sports Group. 

Dealers Wholesale, distributor of building materials and solutions provider to the construction industry, has named Dan Finn as Purchasing Agent. Finn will be accountable for inventory management and purchasing. He has previous experience in the logistics, telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries. Finn holds degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University. 

Bluffton-based Pretzels Inc. has selected Greg Pearson as its next chief executive officer. He most recently served as head of marketing for Florida-based e-commerce pet supplies retailer Chewy.com. Pearson succeeds Chip Mann, who will continue to serve as executive vice president of sales for the snack maker, as well as a member of its board of directors.

Middlebury-based Jayco has appointed Bill Martin as vice president of marketing. He most recently worked in marketing at Grand Design RV. An Indiana native, Martin earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Purdue University. 

Martinsville-based For Bare Feet has added three new members to its management team. Dawne Davis (pictured) is director of human resources. She previously worked at Ice Miller. Jon Glesing (pictured) is director of marketing and communications. He most recently worked at TCU. Dave Helmkamp is the new director of retail. He spent more than 20 years at LIDS Sports Group. For Bare Feet is a leading manufacturer, distributor and retailer of licensed and novelty socks.  

Elkhart-based Lippert Components Inc. has promoted Scott Meiner to chief supply chain officer. He previously served as vice president of supply chain. Over the last 20 years, Meiner led several major operations, including chassis and axle production and window and glass tempering facilities.

Gribbins Insulation has hired Jessica Rexing as billing specialist. She has worked in office coordination and billing for several privately-owned small businesses in the Evansville region.

Elkhart-based Thor Industries Inc. has appointed Troy James senior vice president of international operations. He will be responsible for the integration of Thor's international operations, including identifying and sharing best practices and achieving operating efficiencies at the company's newest acquisition Erwin Hymer Group. James will assume his role effective immediately, and will relocate to Germany to lead the post-acquisition integration of EHG.

Zimmer Biomet has appointed Pamela Puryear senior vice president, chief human resources officer. She most recently served as SVP and chief talent officer at Pfizer. In that role, Puryear spearheaded leadership development, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, organizational culture, diversity and inclusion and workforce analytics.

The board of directors for Franklin-based IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. has announced the search for a new leader. The company says Duncan Heinz has resigned as chief executive officer. Heinz, a retired major general in the U.S. Marine Corps, also served as president of IBC and as a member of the board of directors. He has served on the board since 2011 and was named chief operating officer in January 2016.

Middlebury-based Grand Design Recreational Vehicle Co. has hired Matt Chupp as director of marketing. He has a 23-year combined background of leadership and professional experience in the industry with marketing and engineering digital data systems and solutions in higher education. Chupp worked for his family’s business, the Mica Shop Inc. Chupp also previously spent eight years in marketing at the University of Notre Dame. 

Evansville-based Accuride Corp. has appointed Jason Luo interim president and chief executive officer. The announcement follows the resignation of former CEO Rick Dauch, who has since joined Delphi Technologies. Luo previously served as chairman and chief executive officer of Ford China. He has served as a director since March. Luo also serves as a senior advisor to Crestview Partners, the majority owner of Accuride Corp.

Cummins has announced Chief Financial Officer Pat Ward will retire in the Spring and will be succeeded by Mark Smith, with both moves effective March 31. Ward served in several capacities for Cummins in his 31 years with the company. Smith most recently served as Vice President of Financial Operations.

Franklin-based G&H Orthodontics has appointed John Voskuil chief executive officer. He has more than 20 years of experience delivering solutions to patients and doctors in the dental and orthodontics industry.  Voskuil has previously held a number of senior leadership positions at Dentsply Sirona.

Middlebury-based Grand Design Recreational Vehicle Co. has promoted Peter Kinden to national sales manager. He most recently served as Reflection, Imagine product manager. Kinden has been with company since 2013. Also, Scott Benjamin has been promoted to sales manager for the Reflection, Imagine and Transcend brands. 

Cook Group has appointed Elizabeth Sharp vice president of federal and international government affairs. She has nearly two decades of healthcare policy experience in Washington. Sharp most recently led AdvaMed’s legislative efforts as senior vice president and managing director of federal government affairs.

Topeka-based Starcraft Inc. has promoted Aaron Mortrud to national sales manager. He has more than 12 years of RV sales experience and has been with the company since 2015 as Great Lakes regional sales manager.

Lippert Components Inc. has hired Roy Carter as vice president of global aftermarket and customer support. He has a long and successful history of leading operations and sales in the global retail channel. Carter most recently worked for Bailey of Bristol Caravans and Motorhomes, a UK manufacturer of RVs and aftermarket accessories, where he helped grow the company’s aftermarket sales through new product introduction and dealer merchandising programs.

Elkhart-based LCI Industries has promoted Jason Falk to vice president of mergers and acquisitions. He previously held the title of VP of operations. Falk is a graduate of Alma College and began his career with LCI immediately after graduating by entering the Leadership in Training program.

Elkhart-based Thor Industries Inc. has appointed Mark Trinske vice president of investor relations. He most recently served as vice president of investor relations for SeaWorld Entertainment Inc., in Orlando, Florida. Previously, Trinske held investor relations positions at EZCORP Inc., a consumer finance company based in Austin, Texas, Norit, N.V. a Netherlands-based company, and Affinia Group, a $3 billion automotive parts company based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Warsaw-based AcceLINX has added a new member to its roster of consultants who are available to assist startups in their growth from concept to commercialization. Phil Lindeman most recently spent eight years heading up the industrial design + human factors group for DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction and Power Tools. He has 30 years of new product development experience in consumer, commercial and medical device markets.

Wabash National Corp. has promoted Kristin Glazner to senior vice president and chief human resources officer. She most recently served as vice president – corporate human resources. Glazner has been with the company since February 2010 and started as corporate counsel and served in that role until October 2017.

PTS Diagnostics, a U.S.-based manufacturer of point-of-care biometric testing devices, has named Kevin Huttman executive director, commercial marketing operations. He previously worked in senior leadership roles with companies such as Abbott Diagnostics, IDEXX Laboratories, and DuPont. Also, Tom Vorpahl has been appointed senior director, global wellness. He previously held strategic positions at Alliance Radiology, Phillips Healthcare, and Siemens Healthcare.

Warsaw-based Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc. has added Ivan Tornos as group president, orthopedics. He previously served as worldwide president for urology/medical and critical care at Becton, Dickinson and Co. Tornos has previously served for more than two decades in various global roles for Fortune 50 to 500 companies.

Indianapolis-based chemical manufacturer Vertellus has named John Van Hulle its new chief executive officer. He previously served as president of global color and additives for Ohio-based PolyOne, and CEO of Wisconsin-based chemical supplier ChemDesign.  

Jasper-based Kimball International Inc has selected Kristie Juster as its next chief executive officer. Juster, who has served on the company's board of directors since 2016, succeeds Bob Schneider, who announced his retirement earlier this year. Juster will begin her new role next month. She previously served as the president and CEO of the Global Writing Division of New Jersey-based Newell Brands Inc. 

Cummins Inc. has named Jonathan Wood vice president – components engineering. As an officer, he will continue to lead all aspects of engineering for components along with his role as engineering functional leader for the Cummins Europe Area Business Organization. Wood previously served as executive director of research and engineering for Cummins Emission Solutions.

Furrion, a global leader of innovative products and solutions for the specialty vehicle market, residential, and marine sectors, has established its first office in the United Kingdom and has appointed Jim McEwan vice president and country manager. He previously served as sales director for Whirlpool.

Conexus Indiana has appointed two senior executives to join its leadership team to help target the impact of technology on the industries. Elizabeth Hagerman has been named chief innovation and strategy officer. She most recently served as vice president for Rose-Hulman Ventures at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Also, Bradley Rhorer has been appointed chief talent programs officer.

Elkhart-based Poly Electronics LLC has hired Jonathan Shaull as an electrical design engineer. He has completed a four-month internship with the company, where he demonstrated a deep understanding around hardware and software development.

Brehob Corp. has hired Rob Grizzle to lead air compressor sales as the company’s first sales manager, air compressor division. He has more than 23 years of industrial sales experience and 14 years of air compressor sales. Grizzle previously worked for BOGE America, a daughter company of BOGE Compressed Air Systems based in Germany.

Warsaw Chemical has named Kevin Feldman chief revenue officer and Edward Leon chief operating officer. Feldman has spent his career overseeing and executing the transformation, growth and development of organizations across diverse industry sectors, including manufacturing and distribution, financial services, advertising and marketing. Also, Leon brings more than 10 years of industrial management experience, most recently managing Trinity Industries Cryogenics.

Michael Shor, who had been serving as interim president and chief executive officer of Kokomo-based Haynes International Inc.since May, has been appointed to the positions on a full-time basis. He previously served as the alloy manufacturer's board chairman and was executive vice president of Philadelphia-based Carpenter Technology Corp. Robert Getz has been named Haynes' next board chair and Shor will continue to be a member of the company's board.

GE Aviation, Lafayette Engine Facility has promoted Renato Vidal to plant leader. He is responsible for providing leadership for engine assembly and overhaul operations as the plant continues to accelerate production of the CFM LEAP engine, the fastest-selling engine in commercial aviation history. Vidal is a 19-year GE veteran and most recently led operations at the GE Aviation engine overhaul facility in Petropolis, Brazil.

Lippert Components Inc. has promoted John Ries (pictured) to vice president of RV products. He most recently served as general manager of LCI’s specialty products division. Braxston Cave (pictured) has been promoted from assistant general manager to GM of the RV products division. Also, Ryan Smith has been promoted to senior vice president of sales & operations.

Kimball Electronics has appointed Desiree Castillejos chief strategy officer and vice president of corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Chris Thyen (pictured) has been promoted to vice president of new platforms. Also, Kathy Thomson  (pictured) has been appointed vice president of global business development and design services, succeeding Thyen.

Scott Whetro has been hired as a sales representative for Fortville-based Indy Technical Sales. He brings 22 years of sales experience in the machining and automation industries. Whetro has a background in robotic weld cells and parts marking systems used in advanced assembly manufacturing.

The Business and Institutional Furniture  Manufacturers Association has elected Max Verkamp to lead the board of  directors. He is president and chief  executive officer of Indiana Furniture in Jasper. Verkamp was elected to a three-year term.

James Ferrer has joined Warsaw Chemical as southeast regional sales manager covering Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, South Carolina and part of Tennessee. He has several years of car wash industry experience with different types of car wash equipment in self-service and rollover industry, as well as with tunnel equipment.

Richmond-based Primex Design & Fabrication, formerly Woodruff Corp., has promoted Debbie Robinson to sample department coordinator. She previously served as a design engineer for 20 years.

Elkhart-based Thor Industries Inc. has hired James Rigney as head of marketing. He brings two decades of experience in global marketing strategy and brand development for brands including GrubHub, Red Bull, Converse and MTV.

Pittsburgh-based United States Steel Corp. has named a new general manager for its largest integrated steel making facility. Daniel Killeen will now lead the day-to-day operations of the Gary Works facility. Killeen has been a part of U.S. Steel since 1996, during which time he has held a variety of positions throughout the world.

ArcelorMittal, a global steelmaker with a major presence in northwest Indiana, has named Brad Davey chief executive officer for its North American operations and a member of the group management committee. He will report directly to Chairman and CEO Lakshmi Mittal. Davey previously served as vice president and chief marketing officer for ArcelorMittal North America.

Jasper-based Kimball Electronics Inc. has announced Vice President of Human Resources Julie Dutchess is retiring after nearly 43 years with the company. She started her career at the manufacturing operation and held various positions of increasing responsibility before she was named VP in 2014. Jessica DeLorenzo has been named her successor. She most recently served as director of organizational development.

Continental Structural Plastics, a world leader in vehicle lightweighting technologies, has promoted Karen Williams to plant manager of its Huntington-based manufacturing facility. She becomes the first female named to a plant management position in the company’s more than 50 years in operation. Williams, who joined CSP in 2010, most recently served as corporate quality manager.

Batesville-based Hillenbrand has appointed J. Michael Whitted senior vice president, strategy and corporate development. He brings more than 20 years of strategy and M&A experience to the company, having served most recently as vice president, corporate development for SPX Corp. and SPX Flow Inc. Also, Richard Dudley has been promoted to leader of investor relations. He most recently served as director of financial planning and analysis since 2014.

The new chief executive officer of Lafayette-based Wabash National Corp. has begun his tenure. Brent Yeagy was named CEO in December, succeeding Dick Giromini, who stepped down from the role Friday. Yeagy has been with the company since 2003 and has served as president and COO since October 2016.

The chief executive officer of Kokomo-based Haynes International Inc. has announced plans to retire. Mark Comerford, who has served in the role for nearly 10 years, will remain with the company as an advisor through September 30, which is the end of the company's fiscal year. Michael Shor, chairman of the board for Haynes, will serve as interim president and CEO until a permanent successor to Comerford is named.

Melanie Margolin has been named senior vice president and general counsel at Wabash National Corp. She will oversee all of the company's legal affairs and offer advice for developing policies and strategic growth plans. Margolin most recently served as deputy general counsel at Cummins. She has 21 years of legal experience.

Lippert Components Inc. has promoted Andy Murray to chief sales officer. He previously served as vice president of RV sales. In this new role, Murray will maintain his current responsibilities while working closely with the international RV markets, as well as the company's aftermarkets, marine markets and other leisure and mobile transportation markets.

Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. has promoted G. Frederick Bohley III to vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, effective June 1. He has been with the Indianapolis-based manufacturer since 1991 and currently serves as vice president, finance and treasurer. Bohley began his career with the finance department where served as general accountant, tax specialist, internal auditor, plant analyst and manager of financial planning and analysis.

Kimball International Inc. has announced Chief Executive Officer Bob Schneider will step down later this year. He informed the Jasper-based company's board of directors that he will retire October 31, after four years at the head of the company. Schneider intends to remain a board member until his term expires in 2020.

Elkhart-based Poly Electronics LLC has hired Norman Carlson as quality assurance manager. He has more than 30 years of quality management experience. Carlson is a Six Sigma Black Belt that is a certified ASQ Quality engineer and auditor. He has previously led several organizations through certification and maintenance of ISO 9001 standards.

Richmond-based Primex Plastics Corp. has added Ray Schwartz as product manager-protective packaging and Justin Rosenbleeth as southeast territory business manager. Schwartz most recently worked for the ORBIS Corp. Rosenbleeth is a graduate of Florida State University, having earned a BS in mechanical engineering in 1998.

Indianapolis-based Brehop Corp., a distributor of electric motors, air compressors, cranes and hoists, has added nine to its team. The new hires include: Norman Thurman, Robert Osborne, James Gunter, Donald Harrison, Mark Hamm Jr., Lisa Sloan, Eric Eisert, Darrin Barrett and Eowyn Kivett.

Fishers-based Stratosphere Quality has hired Brian McGillicuddy as director of agency management. He will be responsible for directing and supporting the staffing needs of the organization and evaluating, designing, and implementing staffing agency partnerships. McGillicuddy is returning to the company with more than 20 years of experience in recruiting and staffing initiatives.  

Huntington-based Shuttleworth has promoted John Naunas to vice president of sales for its U.S. operations. He will be responsible for establishing and executing the company’s sales strategy while leading the sales team of product handling experts. Naunas has been with the company since 1994. 

Indianapolis-based PTS Diagnostics has promoted Laurie Ellenberger to vice president of finance and accounting. She joined the firm in May 2015. Ellenberger leads the finance and accounting team as well as payroll and benefits plus oversees the Customer Resource Management system.

Cummins Inc. has promoted Amy Davis to vice president - Cummins filtration. She previously served as president of Cummins Northeast. Brett Merritt (pictured) has been promoted to vice president - on-highway engine business. Lorrie Meyer (pictured) has been named vice president - talent & organizational development. Also, Alexei Ustinov has been promoted to vice president - Russia & CIS area business organization and China & India distribution.

The Luxembourg-based parent of one of the largest employers in the northwest part if the state has announced changes at the top. ArcelorMittal Group Chief Financial Officer and Europe Chief Executive Officer Aditya Mittal has been named president, reporting to his father, ArcelorMittal Chairman and CEO Lakshmi Mittal.

Rolls-Royce Holdings plc has appointed a new chief executive officer for Rolls-Royce North America, which has a major presence in Indianapolis. Tom Bell will succeed Marion Blakey, who earlier this month announced plans to retire at the end of June. Bell returned to Rolls-Royce at the beginning of February to serve as president of the company's defense business and will maintain that position in his new role.

Jasper-based Indiana Furniture has named Paula Schmidt director of marketing. She has more than 20 years of experience in creative marketing, voice of the customer, promotion, and more, Schmidt has developed and implemented strategic marketing plans and corporate identity for a variety of industries and organizations. She previously served in a similar role for Paoli Office Furniture.

Cummins Inc. has promoted Melina Kennedy to executive director – pickup business. Regina Barringer will succeed Kennedy as general manager, global rail and defense. Kennedy joined the company in 2012. Barringer joined the rail and defense team late last year as director of operations.

Honda Manufacturing of Indiana LLC in Greensburg has named Isao Matsuzaki president. He succeeds Bob Nelson, who will become senior vice president and regional division manager of the North America E-Planning Division at Honda of America Manufacturing in Ohio. Matsuzaki has been with Honda for more than 30 years, most recently serving in the production operation division at the Honda Motor Co. Ltd. Saitama Factory in Japan.

The chief executive officer of Rolls-Royce North America is retiring. The company, which has a major presence in Indianapolis, says Marion Blakey will step down at the end of June after nearly three years as CEO. Before joining Rolls-Royce, Blakey spent nearly eight years as president and CEO of the Aerospace Industries Association. She is also a former administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.

Kendallville-based Flint & Walling has promoted Ben Painter to national accounts manager – wholesale. He brings 13 years of experience in the water systems and plumbing industry and has been with the company for eight years. Painter's career began in water treatment assembly and transitioned to sales and support of two different Indianapolis based plumbing supply distributors while pursuing his business degree.

Muncie-based Mursix Corp. has named Hassan Hashem director of operations for its manufacturing facility in Yorktown. He has more than 25 years of business experience in manufacturing and quality management. Hashem previously worked as corporate director for North American Quality Systems & Technical Services with the Ardagh Group in Fishers.  

Jasper-based Kimball International Inc. has made leadership changes at two of its subsidiaries. Kourtney Smith will lead National Office Furniture and continue her role as vice president of Kimball International. The company has also tapped Kathy Sigler to succeed Smith as president of Kimball Hospitality. 

Warsaw-based Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc. has appointed Bryan Hanson (pictured) president and chief executive officer and as a member of the board of directors. Daniel Florin, who has served as interim CEO since July, will continue in his role as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Hanson most recently served as a member of Medtronic's executive committee and as executive vice president and president of Medtronic's minimally invasive therapies group.

Elkhart-based Poly Electronics LLC has named Leonard Hinkson purchasing manager and Derrick McKelvey quality assurance manager. Hinkson brings more than 30 years of electronics manufacturing services industry experience to the firm. Most recently, he was a supply chain category manager for Samsung – Harman International. McKelvey has seven years of electronics manufacturing services industry experience.

Allison Transmission has promoted Otto Szalavari to managing director of global marketing. He will be instrumental in driving growth through ongoing implementation and refinement of the company's marketing strategy. He joined Allison in February as director of global marketing information and product strategy, with a focus on international and domestic business activities and commercial sales agreements.

Lafayette-based Wabash National Corp. has announced Chief Executive Officer Richard Giromini (pictured) will step down in June. Brent Yeagy, current president and chief operating officer, will become president and CEO. Mike Pettit has been appointed senior vice president and group president, Final Mile Products. Also, Mark Weber, president and chief executive officer of the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Supreme Industries Inc., is stepping down.

Cummins Inc. has announced Ed Pence, vice president of strategic initiatives, is retiring after 36 years with the company. He began his career at Cummins in purchasing, which he credits for helping him learn about the company’s products and operations. Most recently, Pence played a key role in restructuring that led to High Horsepower’s merging with Cummins Power Generation to become Cummins Power Systems.

Topeka-based Starcraft RV has promoted Mandy Bontrager to product development manager. She has more than 25 years of experience in the RV industry, having spent the past seven years with Entegra Coach and Starcraft.

Indianapolis-based Van Ausdall & Farrar has promoted Donn Salladay to team lead in the Indianapolis market. In April 2013, he began his career with the firm handling territory within Hamilton County and in January, was promoted to major account manager. His successful efforts handling specific vertical markets and major accounts has led to his new role as team lead.

Elkhart-based Thor Industries Inc. has hired Bruce Byots as senior director of investor relations. He has more than 20 years of investor relations experience and most recently served as vice president of investor relations for Brunswick Corp. Byots also previously managed the investor relations function at The ServiceMaster Co.

Winamac-based BraunAbility has named Staci Kroon president and chief executive officer. She will succeed Nick Gutwein, who will retire at the end of the month. Kroon most recently served as executive vice president of Eaton Business Systems, a division of global manufacturer Eaton Corp. PLC.

Lippert Components has promoted Carl Yoder to general manager for its warehousing division at Plant 39. Previously, he served as assistant general manager at LCI Plant 45. Yoder started at the company in 2004 working on the operations floor as a forklift driver. He was promoted to plant manager in 2009 and later to assistant general manager.

Columbia City-based 80/20 Inc., an international T-slot aluminum building system and solutions provider, has appointed Patrice Mauk chief financial officer. She most recently served in a similar role at Erie Haven Inc. Mauk also previously worked at Steel Dynamics and Verizon. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ball State University.

Kyle Smallegan has joined the IVM team as director of marketing. He has more than 10 years of marketing, branding and advertising experience. Smallegan previously worked for AT&T and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Columbus-based Cummins Inc. has promoted Jenny Bush to vice president of sales and service North America. She has been with the engine maker for 20 years, leading many different teams, including sales, purchasing and operations within the alternator and commercial marine engine business. Most recently, Bush led the Mid-South and Gulf regions in the distribution business.

Columbia City-based 80/20 Inc. has promoted Patrick Buesching to chief executive officer. He previously served as chief operating officer and brings more than two decades of leadership experience. Buesching is active in his community and serves on several boards, including Leadership Whitley County, Northeast Indiana Public Radio and Ivy Tech Community College.

IVM has hired Shane Southwood as a software developer to support the company’s growing supply vending business. He has 15-plus years of professional software development experience. Southwood previously served as a software engineer at 3xLOGIC.

Lafayette-based Wabash National Corp. has named Dustin Smith senior vice president and group president, commercial trailer products. He previously served as senior VP and general manager, commercial trailer products. Also, Kevin Page has been named senior vice president and group president, diversified products. He joined company in February 2017 as vice president and general manager, final mile and distributed services.

Pulmodyne, a global manufacturer of high quality respiratory and emergency airway products, has hired Brett Greenfield as medical director. In this new role, he will provide medical direction in support of current lines and new product development. Greenfield is an attending physician and medical command physician for AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, Department of Emergency Medicine.

Nick McGee has been named director of public affairs at Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America. He spent the past five years serving Representative Larry Bucshon and the Hoosiers of Indiana’s Eighth District. McGee served as deputy chief of staff, communications director and press secretary.

Kendallville-based Flint & Walling has named Phil Hernandez district manager for Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia and western Pennsylvania. He brings a strong sales background to his new position.

Indianapolis-based PTS Diagnostics has hired Cathleen Alaimo as senior director of product marketing and Paula Scheller as senior director of channel marketing. Alaimo brings 17 years of marketing experience and most recently served as executive director of global marketing at Cynosure. Scheller has 20 years of professional experience and most recently served as director of marketing communications at Firestone Building Products.

The board of directors for Indianapolis-based Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. has selected David Graziosi as the company's next chief executive officer. Graziosi currently serves as president and chief financial officer. He will succeed Larry Dewey, who will retire at the end of May. Graziosi joined Allison as executive vice president, CFO and treasurer in November 2007.

Toyota Material Handling U.S.A. in Columbus has promoted Tom Lego to national manager of training and the customer center, where he will spearhead all TMHU training initiatives and oversee the Customer Center. Also, Scott Redelman has been promoted to national manager of Toyota Lean Management. He will head Toyota’s efforts to develop the dealer network with the goal of teaching customers to practice lean principles and logistics.

Elkhart-based Lippert Components Inc. has promoted Andrew Mock to director of sales, interiors. In this role, he will oversee the sales and product management for all interiors-related RV products. Mock, who previously held the position of Furrion product manager, will now be the central point of contact for product teams in the seating, mattress, kitchen and bath, Furrion-brand electronics and additional interiors product lines.

Muncie-based DANNAR has added Rick Busby as director of innovation and technology to support the future research and design of new technology initiatives. He is a product developer, program manager and inventor with more than 30 years of experience in the defense, consumer electronics and manufacturing industries.

Yorktown-based Mursix Corp. has promoted Susan Carlock to vice president of business development & corporate relations. She has more than 20 years of business experience in the fields of human resources, corporate relations, safety/risk management and healthcare and wellness policy development. Carlock joined Mursix in 2013, and has served in a variety of positions, most recently as director of human resources.

Elkhart-based Thor Industries Inc. has hired Rick Schutt as director of community engagement. In his newly-created role, he will be responsible for developing stronger relationships with school and community leaders to promote the RV industry and enhance Thor's ability to positively impact the areas where our subsidiaries currently operate. Schutt most recently served as a lead news anchor for WSBT-TV CBS, South Bend.

Cummins Inc. has announced Vice President Carole Casto will lead marketing communications, in addition to her corporate communications responsibilities. Also, Mahesh Narang has been promoted to vice president of Cummins Emission Solutions and Shon Wright has been promoted to executive director and general manager of Cummins Turbo Technologies.

Stratosphere Quality has appointed Mike Heneghan vice president of information technology. He most recently served as senior IT director in project management and architecture for Herff Jones. Heneghan previously worked at IBM in various positions, such as a general territory sales representative, sales manager, professional development manager and a sales executive of global services.

TOPP Performance Race Parts has hired Jeff Fuller as general manager. He previously served as national sales manager for two different high-performance racing spring companies. Fuller's industry experience includes open wheel cars, late models and drag cars.

Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. has promoted G. Frederick Bohley (pictured) to vice president of finance, in addition to his role as treasurer. In March 2016, he was promoted to vice president. Also, Raymond Posadas has been appointed director of investor relations.

Nebraska-based Lindsay Corp. has named Tim Hassinger (pictured), president and chief executive officer of Indianapolis-based Dow AgroSciences LLC, its next president and CEO. He will succeed Rick Parod, who is retiring after 17 years with the irrigation, infrastructure and road safety equipment manufacturer. The move is expected to to take effect October 16.

Indianapolis-based Brehob Corp. has named Michael Dottery its new human resources director. He most recently worked as a human resource manager for CLM Pallet Recycling Inc. Dottery will be in charge of hiring, onboarding and employee retention efforts for the distributor of electric motors, air compressors, cranes and hoists.  

Gallagher Uniform has hired Jennifer Rosa as human resources manager. She previously served as assistant human resources manager for the city of Battle Creek. Rosa also previously worked for Manpower. She received her BA in human resource management from Michigan State University.

Wabash National Corp., a diversified industrial manufacturer and North America’s leading producer of semi-trailers and liquid transportation systems, has announced Mark Weber, senior vice president and group president of Diversified Products, has left the company effective immediately to pursue other opportunities. Brent Yeagy, president and chief operating officer, will fill the position until a successor is named.

Lippert Components Inc. has promoted David Harbin to product supply analyst, supporting multiple facilities and product lines. Here he will focus on facility support, supply planning, inventory replenishment and procurement processes. 

Furrion has hired Matt Petrill as vice president of operations. He previously served as director of business development for Boyd Corp. and has held various positions, including production manager, general manager and director of operations with companies such as Fleetwood RV, Monaco RV and Thor Motor Coach.

Cliff Stewart has been named plant manager for Universal Trailer Corp. He will be working at the County Road 4 facility in Bristol. Stewart previously served as a continuous improvement manager, North American operations improvement manager and operations manager for Benteler Automotive.

Primex Plastics Corp. has appointed Theresa Vanna print market specialist. She has more than 30 years of printing industry experience in both flexible and rigid plastic sheet and films. Since 1987, she has served the graphic arts industry as a resource for printable materials for point of purchase, point of sale and in-store environment applications. Vanna serves on the board of directors of the Sustainable Green Printing Partnership.

Elkhart-based Lippert Components Inc. has named James Stringer regional sales manager, west central territory to support LCI's aftermarket business. He previously served as territory sales representative for Black & Decker, Meyer Distributing and Coast Distribution.

Indianapolis-based Genesis Plastics Welding Inc. has named Nathan Glass engineering manager. He has nearly 10 years of project management and engineering experience. Glass previously served as a senior product development engineer at Ambu, formerly King Systems Corp.

Alexa Szybowicz has joined Elkhart-based Dicor Corp. as marketing specialist. She brings several years of sales and marketing experience to her role. In her previous role at the South Bend Tribune, Szybowicz created media plans for clients and conducted research to develop advertising tactics using print and digital vehicles; i.e. newspaper, direct mail, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, website redesign, etc.

Jeffrey Harmening (pictured), a graduate of DePauw University, has been promoted to chief executive officer of Minnesota-based General Mills Inc. He was an economics major and Management Fellow at the university. Harmening will begin his new role June 1. He graduated from DePauw in 1989 and has been with the company for 23 years, most recently serving as president and chief operating officer. Harmening succeeds Ken Powell, who has served as CEO since 2007.

Amy Horton (pictured) has been named Conexus Indiana's director of Workforce and Education. In this newly-created position, she will oversee signature programs, including Hire Tech, Conexus Interns and A+ Partners. Horton has 20 years of federal and state policy, program and administrative experience in education and workforce issues. She joins the executive team after serving for three years as policy and research director for Project Lead The Way.

Franklin Electric Co. Inc. has appointed Donald Kenney president of North America Water Systems. He was hired as FE Petro employee number five in 1991. Over the years, Kenney has assumed increasing levels of responsibility, becoming president of FE Petro in 2001, and then president of Franklin Fueling Systems in 2005. In 2013, he was appointed a vice president of Franklin Electric Co. Inc. and promoted to president of Energy Systems.

Primex Plastics Corp. has appointed Jeffrey Burke to the new position of commercial applications development engineer. He has more than 30 years of plastics industry experience in both resin and sheet extrusion sales. Burke has experience in a variety of sheet extrusion applications including food, medical, cosmetic, consumer and industrial packaging applications.

Cummins Inc. has promoted Melina Kennedy to executive director of global rail and defense. She was named general manager of the rail and defense team at the end of 2014. Kennedy previously served as director of executive communications.

Elkhart-based Skyline Corp. has promoted Jeff Newport to chief operating officer. He has served as senior vice president of operations since joining the firm last February.

Indianapolis-based Eli Lilly and Co. has announced Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Communications Bart Peterson is leaving the company to pursue personal business interests. The drugmaker has also promoted Johna Norton to senior vice president of global quality, succeeding Fionnuala Walsh, who is retiring after 28 years at Lilly.

Columbus-based Cummins has promoted Carole Casto to vice president of communications. In this newly-created position, she will oversee the company’s global communication strategy, executive speech writing, crisis communications, digital, visual and internal communications and media relations.  Also, Mahesh Narang has been appointed vice president of  Cummins Turbo Technologies. He joined Cummins in 2002 as an MBA intern.

Elkhart-based Truma has named Ryan Stork dealer technical sales rep. He previously served as account manager for Mishawaka Sheet Metal. Stork studied Business Administration and Marketing at Grace College in Winona Lake.

Cummins Inc. has promoted Chris Clulow to vice president – corporate controller. He replaces Marsha Hunt, who has been appointed to the Financial Accounting Standards Board for a term beginning July 1. This public service to the U.S. financial markets requires her to leave her role at Cummins. Clulow joined the company in 2004 as a director in the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance group.

Indianapolis-based Brehob Corp. has named Ed Perry director of sales. He will be responsible for growing and maintaining business in the company’s Electric and Crane & Hoist divisions. Perry previously served as president of Custom Blenders.

Genesis Plastics Welding Inc. has promoted Dale Wagner to director of engineering and operations. He is a 30 year plastics sealing veteran and skilled mechanical engineer and is well-versed in all RF welding technologies.

Columbus-based Cummins Inc. has named Peter Anderson vice president of global supply chain and manufacturing. He previously worked for Ernst & Young, where he helped form and lead the America’s Supply Chain Practice and consulted with Cummins and other global companies to develop their supply chain strategy. In his new role, Anderson will join the leadership team and operating team.

The board of directors for Evansville-based Berry Plastics Group Inc. has promoted Tom Salmon (pictured) to chief executive officer. He previously served as president and chief operating officer. Salmon succeeds Jon Rich. Salmon joined the company in 2007 following the acquisition of Covalence Specialty Materials.

Warsaw-based Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc. has announced the retirement of President of Americas Stuart Kleopfer (pictured). He will be succeeded by Vice President of U.S. Sales Robert Delp. Kleopfer became president of pre-merger Biomet U.S. in 2011 and has been with the company since 1988.

Fortville-based Genesis Plastics Welding has named Jason Spoolstra sales engineer. He is a graduate of Purdue University. Spoolstra joins GPW with a decade of manufacturing experience with companies including Tridien Medical and Hologic. 

The chairman and chief executive officer of Indianapolis-based Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. has announced plans to retire. The company says its board of directors has entered into a new employment agreement with Lawrence Dewey which runs through May 31, 2018, at which point Dewey will retire. The Allison Board of Directors says it will implement a transition plan ahead of Dewey's retirement and will consider both internal and external candidates to succeed Dewey as CEO.

Berry Plastics Group Inc. has promoted Jean-Marc Galvez to president of its Consumer Packaging Division. He most recently served as president for Europe, Middle East, India and Africa for the company's Health, Hygiene and Specialties Division. Galvez succeeds Tom Salmon, who was appointed as president and COO in October.

Westfield-based IMMI has named Monica Coburn student transportation account manager. She previously served as president of the School Transportation Association of Indiana, and served as transportation director for both Indianapolis Public Schools and Bartholomew County Schools. During her tenure in Bartholomew County, Coburn saw firsthand the benefits installing seat belts on school buses brought to her fleet.

One of the most well-known names in the Indiana auto manufacturing industry is leaving the state. Norm Bafunno, president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana Inc., has been named group vice president of North American competitiveness at the company's new regional headquarters in Plano, Texas. He joined Toyota as general manager of production at TMMI in 1997.

ValueSelling Associates Inc., the creator of the ValueSelling Framework, has named Gerardo Salgado managing partner for the Indianapolis area. His background includes sales and management positions in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical devices, retail and financial services sectors, as well as for brands such as IBM, Gartner and Sprint.

Plainfield-based JECO Plastic Products has named Hank Baird sales manager. He previously served for more than two decades at Heidelberg USA as a printing press technician. Baird also previously served as technical sales representative for Nicoat, was a print room supervisor for Graphic Packaging, and press room manager at eDOC Communications.

Elkhart-based Arterra Distribution, the RV division of the WFCO Group, has appointed Rich Dotson president. He previously served as general manager for Industrial Finishes and Systems Inc. Dotson brings more than 20 years of experience in the RV industry to the Arterra team.

Drew Industries Inc. has promoted Brian Hall to chief financial officer. He has served as interim CFO since September, replacing David Smith. Hall joined the company in March 2013, and has served as corporate controller since June 2013.

Elkhart-based Lippert Components Inc. has promoted Brenden Bosworth (pictured) to the newly-created aftermarket national sales manager for LCI's Alternate Channels. Ryan Casey (pictured) has been promoted to director of motorized sales. He began his career with LCI two years ago as general manager of plant 72. The company also hired Yan Cyr as regional sales manager for eastern Canada. He previously worked for Aldo Group and then transitioned to Polar Electro Oy.

South Bend-based AM General has named retired U.S. Army General Jack Keane executive chairman. In his new role, he will provide "strategic oversight and counsel" regarding the company's strategic growth initiatives. Keane will work with Chief Executive Officer Andy Hove and AM General's parent, MacAndrews & Forbes Inc., in his new position. He spent nearly 40 years in the Army before retiring as a four-star general.

Elkhart-based Lippert Components Inc. has promoted Marcus Montie to general manager of the E-Coat Division, Plant 72. He previously served as head of the R&D team and has more than 15 years of management experience in the automotive industry. Montie brings vast, international automotive experience in product design and manufacturing equipment.

Union City-based Eco-Vehicle Systems has appointed Mike Talaga general manager. He has been a successful automotive industry executive for more than 40 years, most recently serving as vice president of operations for Cooper-Standard for the last 12 years.

Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. has appointed John Coll senior vice president of global marketing, sales and service. He previously served as vice president of sales and marketing at Gerdau Ameristeel U.S. He also served for 14 years at Eaton Corp. in various executive positions, most recently as vice president of global marketing for the vehicle group.

Evansville-based Berry Plastics Group Inc. has announced Jon Rich (pictured) is retiring. He has been chief executive officer and board chair since 2010. Rich plans to retire from day-today operations in February. Consumer Packaging Division President Tom Salmon has been named president and chief operating officer as part of the transition process.

Elkhart-based Lippert Components Inc. has named Ben Dvorak regional sales manager for the southern territory. He most recently worked as On Premise sales representative for MillerCoors.
