Indianapolis-based RepuCare has named Joe Gabey director of business development. He previously served on the leadership team at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care and as an area sales professional with Hospice Source. Gabey is also a former senior recall strategist and major account executive at Stericycle, a key strategist for Fortune 500 companies in the healthcare, consumer product, and automotive spaces in developing and executing their recall solutions.

Bloomington-based LucidCorps, a leading provider of IT and Engineering Staffing and Recruiting services, has named Andy Sepanski vice president of sales and delivery. He previously served as managing director for Randstad Technologies, formerly Technisource.

Indianapolis-based MS Companies has named Nick Cochran vice president of client services. He will be responsible for leading the company’s user adoption of technology, both internally and externally. Cochran previously served as a senior consultant for RTM Consulting.

Indianapolis-based employee benefits advisor American Health & Wellness Group has named Kelly Bonomo account executive of human capital strategies. She is a graduate of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Bonomo has nine years of experience in the HR and staffing industry.

Morales Group has named Seth Morales president. He has been with the firm for more than 11 years. Joining in a sales capacity, Morales helped build the foundation of what is now its business development team.

Indianapolis-based Human Capital Concepts has named Chandra Coffee senior associate-business development. She most recently worked for the Indy Chamber as program director. Coffee has more than 18 years in sales and marketing in the insurance industry, specializing in employee benefits.

Diverse Talent Strategies has appointed Angela Lapp director for the Indianapolis area. She previously served as regional associate for MetLife in Chicago, Philadelphia and Indiana.

Tilson has appointed State Senator Erin Houchin business development manager. She represents District 47. Prior to being elected state senator, Houchin served as southeast regional director for U.S. Sen. Dan Coats, working as a liaison between business interests and the senator's office.

The Indiana State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management has elected council members: Jeremy York, director-elect and Jennifer Lange, director of certification. York is president of Invigorate HR. Lange works at Old National Bank as an employee relations manager.
