Indianapolis-based First Wing Charter and Management has hired Jason Spoor to serve as vice president and general manager. In his new role, he will provide direct oversight to the company’s charter operation that consists of seven corporate aircraft that travel to destinations throughout the U.S., South America, Caribbean and Canada. Spoor is a captain and previously served as training director for Google Inc.

The Evansville-Vanderburgh Airport Authority has named Nate Hahn the airport's next executive director. Hahn, who currently serves as director of operations and maintenance at Evansville Regional Airport, will succeed the retiring Doug Joest at the end of the year. Joest has led the airport for eight years and recently announced plans to retire at the end of the year.

Gary/Chicago International Airport has a new leader. Col. Duane Hayden has been named executive director. He spent the last year as the airport's chief operating officer and interim airport manager.  

Lori Curless has been named manager of the Crawfordsville Municipal Airport. She most recently served as manager of the Indy South Greenwood Airport and succeeds Bill Cramer, who is stepping down to pursue new interests. Cramer led the airport for the past eight years, which included the transition of management from Red Top Aviation to the city of Crawfordsville in 2015.

The Fort Wayne-Allen County Airport Authority has named Rebecca Neild air service and marketing manager. She has worked in the marketing industry for the past five years. In her new role, Neild will be leading the marketing department and will take on Air Service development initiatives.

The Hamilton County Airport Authority has named Brad Cozza the first full-time director of Indianapolis Executive Airport. He currently serves as airport manager for the Jasper County Airport in Rensselaer.

Comlux The Aviation Group has appointed Frederic Dubant as executive vice president of commercial for its Comlux Group unit. He was previously senior vice president contracts & legal.

The St. Joseph County Airport Authority has picked Brock Zeeb as director of administration and finance at South Bend International Airport. Zeeb was previously director of economic resources for the City of South Bend.

Todd Stephenson and Morrie Sanderson have joined Fort Wayne-based Bowmar LLC's board of directors. Stephenson retired from Lincoln Financial Group as vice president of corporate development. Sanderson is currently chairman of Hylant of Indiana LLC.

Jeff Van Slyke has ben named general manager of the new Fort Wayne Aero Center at Fort Wayne International Airport. He most recently served as the training/HSE supervisor for Air Service International Group at Dallas Love Field Airport.
