Wooden McLaughlin has named Michael Valinetz and Matthew Millis partners. Valinetz has been with the firm since 2008. He mainly practices in the areas of real estate finance and real estate development. Millis previously worked at a large Minneapolis law firm. He practices in the areas of real estate, debtor/creditor, construction, and commercial litigation.
