Wisconsin-based Gro Alliance LLC is planning to pump $4 million into an expansion in LaGrange County. Upgrades to the Howe facility will include corn dryers, a new warehouse and additional bulk bagging operations. April 22, 2014

HOWE, Ind. (March 20, 2014) – The LaGrange County Economic Development Corporation, in partnership with Gro Alliance LLC are pleased to announce the expansion of the companies facility located in rural Howe, IN.

Gro Alliance, LLC was founded as a family farm in 1941. The 3rd generation company is headquartered in Cuba City, WI, and has operations in five mid-western states. The company has operated and maintained a facility in Howe, IN since 2007. The Howe facility operates as a seed corn drying facility and distribution point for their products. The $4,000,000 expansion in Howe will add the addition of a new 44,000 square-foot warehouse facility as well as 6 new corn dryers. Additionally, bulk bagging operations will be incorporated into the facility which is currently done out of state.
