Lafayette-based Wabash National Corp. (NYSE: WNC) has announced changes to several top leadership positions. The appointments include the promotion of acting Chief Financial Officer Jeff Taylor to senior vice president and CFO as well as naming four vice presidents. January 10, 2014

LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Wabash National Corporation (NYSE:WNC) today announced a number of management changes to support the company's ongoing growth as a diversified industrial manufacturer.

“2013 was a year of great progress and achievement for Wabash National as we attained new levels of performance in many areas of our business,” said Dick Giromini, President and Chief Executive Officer. “These new appointments recognize individuals for solid performance and effective leadership that will continue to drive the company's success.”

Jeff Taylor has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Taylor served as Acting Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since June 1, 2013. He joined Wabash National as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations in July 2012.

Don Hurtt, formerly Director of Tax and Assistant Treasurer, has been named Vice President of Tax and Treasurer. In this position, Mr. Hurtt will continue to lead all aspects of the company's tax and treasury functions. He has held various positions of increasing responsibility since joining Wabash National in 1994.

Tom Rodak has been appointed Vice President of Corporate Marketing after serving as Director of Corporate Marketing since September 2010. Mr. Rodak will continue to provide leadership and oversight for marketing activities across the growing enterprise.

Dustin Smith, formerly Director of Manufacturing for Commercial Trailer Products, Van Operations, has been appointed Vice President of Manufacturing for Commercial Trailer Products, Van Operations. Mr. Smith joined Wabash National in May 2007 as Manager of Finance for Van Operations and transitioned to his most recent appointment in operations management in March 2012.

Sean Kenney has been named Vice President of Sales for Commercial Trailer Products. Mr. Kenney rejoined the company in July 2010 as Director of Sales for Van Operations and will continue leading all Commercial Trailer Products sales strategy efforts.
