The Indiana Repertory Theatre has named five new board members. They include Central Indiana Community Foundation Chief Executive Officer Brian Payne and Indianapolis-based The Lacy Foundation President Jill Lacy.

•Wayne Schmidt, CEO & Principal, Schmidt Associates

•Jennifer Vigran, CEO, Second Helpings, Inc.

•Jill Lacy, President, The Lacy Foundation

•Ann Dee, Executive Vice President & General Counsel, Duke Realty
