Indiana's technology initiative says a program this week near the Indianapolis Motor Speedway helped connect past and present Mira Award recipients with national media and investor groups. TechPoint's Winners Circle event included investors from Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and New York. TechPoint says the event allowed Indiana's “tech elite” to deliver elevator-style pitches to potential investors. They included:

Drive Capital in Columbus, Ohio

Pacific Crest Investment Banking in New York City

Plymouth Ventures in Ann Arobor, Michigan

Pritzker Group Venture Capital in Chicago

AlpInvest Partners/Carlyle Group

Allos Ventures

Elevate Ventures

HALO Investors Group

Hyde Park Ventures

JP Morgan Chase

TechPoint Chief Executive Officer Mike Langellier hailed the Winners Circle as a success, and says it will likely become an annual event.
