Tech Company Launches With Lofty Expectations

A new Indianapolis-based technology company, born from two Hoosier businesses, has launched and its chairman believes it will "do things no one else has even thought of." STIMULUS Systems Inc. brings together the expertise of Loogootee-based STIMULUS Engineering Inc. and Time Compression Strategies Corp. of Indianapolis. John Layden says the company’s Ancelus data management environment is modeled from technology typically used in military applications. He expects STIMULUS Systems to have as many as 200 employees within three years.
Layden says, because of the complexity and how the new company is rethinking "in a completely new path" some long-standing ways of thinking and executing the ecosystem.
Layden, who serves as chief executive officer of Time Compression Strategies and STIMULUS Engineering CEO Tim Wagler says the new company is a "force multiplier" for the companies’ complementary capabilities. Wagler believes "the success of this partnership is based on a shared culture and mindset that we will continue to bring the most innovative and affordable solutions to our customers and effect change in everything we do. Drawing on the expertise of STIMULUS Engineering and its partners, our team offers a depth of experience that allows us to enhance business results for clients in ways that are cost effective and delivered through a single-point of access for consulting, technology and services."
STIMULUS Systems will offer design, development and support solutions for data, storage and retrieval operations.
