The first is construction of the $62.5 million Health Professions Building, including nursing, exercise science and outpatient clinics, slated for completion this summer.
Phase two will be the new $87.5 million foundational science building which will house chemistry and biology, expected to be started this fall.
Phase three is the freshly-approved demolition and renovation of Cooper.
The publication reports the new state budget appropriation to Ball State for operating expenses is flat for fiscal year 2020 at $132.441 million compared to this fiscal year 2019 with $132.521 million.
