INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Indiana Commissioner for Higher Education Teresa Lubbers will make the third-annual State of Higher Education Address at noon (EDT) on Monday, Feb. 23 at the Indiana Statehouse.
This year's address will focus on Indiana's emerging position as a national leader in innovative policies, programs and funding incentives that support individuals in completing education beyond high school. Lubbers is expected to emphasize the increasing connections between education and employment – as well as new measures that promise to better quantify the value of higher education.
