Alliance iCommunications Inc., which has U.S. headquarters in South Bend, is looking to add 40 call center employees. The company says the new hires are slated to begin at the end of the month. September 10, 2013

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Alliance iCommunications will immediately commence hiring for 40 new positions in South Bend. New employees are needed to support brand new fundraising and customer service programs, slated to start the end of September. Additional positions are also required in the supervisory, management, and sales areas to meet the demands of the new programs and expansion of existing programs.

Alliance iCommunications is a full-service contact center specializing in inbound and outbound calling, blended contact, and web interaction. Alliance has two locations: one in Ontario, Canada and the other in South Bend which serves as the U.S. headquarters. Alliance came to South Bend in 2009 after acquiring a local business, and has spent the past 4 years working towards growth and creating jobs in the area. The organization has successfully grown from 6 employees to a total of over 350 employed in South Bend and the Ontario office. In addition to creating new jobs, Alliance will also complete an office renovation, expanding its current offices to accommodate its growing client base. Alliance is committed to supporting the South Bend area community by bringing in new business and creating jobs.
