Sheridan to Break Ground on Shovel-Ready Site

The first shovel-ready site in Hamilton County is set for a groundbreaking Thursday. Lieutenant Governor Sue Ellspermann is expected to be in attendance for the event at the 60-acre Countryside Industrial Park in Sheridan. You can view more information about the site by clicking here.

SHERIDAN, Ind. – Lt. Gov. Sue Ellspermann will travel to Sheridan to award shovel-ready designation for its “Countryside Industrial Park”; a 60-acre site along S.R. 47. This is the first designation since the program was transferred from Indiana Economic Development Corporation to the Office of Community and Rural Affairs, and we are pleased to have state officials join us in our commitment to move forward with new local economic development.
