Officials will cut the ribbon next week on a shell building in Marshall County. The facility is a public-private partnership among the city of Plymouth, Marshall County Economic Development Corp., Plymouth Industrial Development Corp. and Garmong Development Co. The event is set for May 14 in Plymouth.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held just over a year ago on the property in the Plymouth Industrial Park.

The building is 45,000 square feet, but officials say ti has room to grow to 135,000 square-feet.
