Shekhar Picks Up Inaugural IURTC Innovator Award

Anantha Shekhar is among those featured.

Indiana University Research and Technology Corp. has awarded the first IURTC Outstanding Innovator Award to Dr. Anantha Shekhar. He is the August M. Watanabe Professor of Medical Research and co-founder of Anagin LLC. Shekhar will also lead the Precision Health Initiative, the first recipient of funding under the university’s new $300 million Grand Challenges Program. He is also a professor of psychiatry, neurobiology and pharmacology in the Indiana University School of Medicine.
