Riverview Health CEO to Retire

A search is underway for the next president and chief executive officer of Noblesville-based Riverview Health. Pat Fox has led the central Indiana health care provider for two decades and plans to retire in May.
Riverview officials say Fox’s career has lasted 45 years at positions in Illinois and Indiana.
Board of Trustees Chairman Greg Murray says "Pat Fox has had a tremendous impact on Riverview Health, courageously leading us through many transitions in healthcare over the last two decades. We’re thankful for her countless contributions to our organization and we’re proud of her distinguished tenure as president and CEO."
Fox says the staff at Riverview has "transformed healthcare in Indiana" during her time at the Hamilton County organization. "The time has now come for me to pass the torch to the next generation of leaders and enjoy watching this organization continue to flourish," she says.
A six-person external committee has been launched to find Fox’s successor. Riverview says Fox will continue to oversee implementation of an integrated information technology system, completion of medical office buildings in Westfield and Noblesville and renovation of the inpatient rehabilitation unit at Riverview until her retirement.
