Ritz Tour to Announce Candidacy

Indiana Superintendent of Public Instruction Glenda Ritz is set to announce her candidacy for governor. The Democrat will go on a statewide tour Thursday and Friday to discuss her plans. Fellow Democrat John Gregg is also running for the state's top office. He spent 16 years in the Indiana House, including six as speaker. He won the Democratic nomination in 2012, before losing to Governor Mike Pence. State Senator Karen Tallian (D-4) has also announced her candidacy.
