An Indianapolis restaurateur is looking to Internet crowdfunding to get out of a jam. Papa Roux's Art Bouvier has been forced to close the restaurant because of an unpaid state tax bill. He began an online campaign yesterday to raise $30,000, and in less than a day, is more than a third of the way to his goal. The Cajun eatery gained fame last year when Bouvier offered a job to a man who was walking five miles in adverse weather conditions to interview for a part time job at a different local business.

On his Facebook page, Bouvier contends he was making payments on tax obligations dating back to 2012, but was blind-sided by the order to pay immediately.
