Its client base includes hospital systems, school corporations, manufacturing, service providers and municipalities.
“Our acquisition of Spectrum Health Systems expands our employer health service offering, enables us to offer a continuum of comprehensive wellness and clinic services, and positions the company as the leading worksite health provider in Indiana offering wellness capabilities with proven health outcomes,” said Gerry Erb, CEO of RepuCare OnSite. “Chronic conditions account for 75% of healthcare costs today and effective wellness programs that mitigate unhealthy lifestyle behaviors and risk factors are the only solution to bending the healthcare cost curve. We also gain access to a talented team of wellness professionals that have helped members improve their health and employers to contain their healthcare costs.”
“We've had a ten-year relationship with RepuCare; having collaborated on several projects. We're both agile, entrepreneurial, innovative companies and our cultural compatibility gave us the confidence that this was an excellent fit that would benefit both our clients and employees.”
Both Sally Stephens and Johan Gormal will retain key executive positions in the combined company. Billie Dragoo, RepuCare's founder and CEO, serves as RepuCare OnSite's Chairperson of the Board and Gerry Erb, current COO of RepuCare, serves as CEO. RepuCare OnSite will now primarily operate out of the Spectrum corporate office and retain a satellite office at RepuCare.

About RepuCare OnSite
RepuCare OnSite is an innovative provider of integrated primary care and wellness health centers. RepuCare OnSite was formed in 2011 as a spin-off and separate entity from RepuCare, a successful healthcare staffing firm founded in 1995 by Billie Dragoo, its CEO. Although RepuCare’s primary business was staffing, it also provided worksite rehab and injury prevention programs and planned and operated an onsite clinic at the new Indianapolis International Airport during its construction phase (2004-2008). This experience formed the basis for RepuCare OnSite’s worksite health services. Today, RepuCare OnSite operates health centers for several municipalities and employers. The company is also partnered with IU Health to provide wellness services at the IU Health Health and Wellness Center for the 15,000 Indiana State employees of Marion County.
