News Release

Mishawaka, Ind. — Primrose Retirement Community of Mishawaka has announced that Wendy White has been named Executive Director. She began her duties on November 17, and in this capacity, will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community.

White has worked in the geriatric health field for over 30 years, serving as a Human Resource Manager, Marketing Director and Executive Director in both independent and skilled living environments. “Years ago, I had the opportunity to be on a team that opened a new assisted living community. I had hoped to have that opportunity again and was intrigued with Primrose,” White said. “All along the interview and hiring process, I felt very comfortable with the family-like culture that Primrose stands for. From the beginning I knew it would be a good fit for me,” she added.

“We're very excited to have Wendy in her new role,” said Primrose Regional Operations Manager Tami Davis. “Her enthusiasm and drive will help Primrose continue in our mission of providing an amazing experience for our incredible residents. We're confident that she and her team will do great things for Primrose of Mishawaka.”

Primrose Retirement Community of Mishawaka/South Bend is located at 820 Fulmer Road. Expected to open in the summer of 2015, the community will consist of 36 independent living, 40 assisted living apartment homes, and eight independent living townhome villas.
