Governor Mike Pence has appointed Luke Bosso and Deb Kunce to the Indiana State Lottery Commission. Each will serve a four-year term that begins immediately. October 7, 2013

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Governor Mike Pence today named appointees to the Indiana State Lottery Commission. Appointees will serve four-year terms, effective immediately.

Luke Bosso, Regulator and Permitting Ombudsman at Develop Indy, has been named to the Commission. Bosso, of Indianapolis, previously served as Resource Manager for SkillStorm, a technology services company, and Manager of Business Development at Indiana University Sports Properties. Active within central Indiana, Bosso volunteers for the National Leukemia Foundation, the Ronald McDonald House and Zoobilation. He is a graduate of Franklin College.

Debra Kunce, of Core Planning Strategies, will serve on the Commission. Prior to her current role, Kunce was an Associate of Schmidt Associates, Inc. from 1994 to 2012, where she led the program management team and was responsible for overseeing the nearly $1 billion bond program for the Indianapolis Public Schools. Kunce, of Carmel, is a registered architect and has received a number of awards and recognitions for her professional excellence, including serving as the national vice-president for the American Institute of Architects. She is a member of the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series Class XXIII, and she is a former board member for Horizons Student Enrichment and the Kaleidoscope Youth Center.
