Parkview Warsaw Project Pushes Ahead

The facility will also include a full service emergency room and medical transport helipad.

A $20 million project in Kosciusko County will reach a milestone this week. Officials will hold a topping off ceremony for the new Parkview Warsaw Hospital on Wednesday.

Construction is set to be complete later this year. Parkview Health officials estimate the new facility will create 100 jobs. Chief Executive Officer Mike Packnett says it will be an asset for the entire region.

Parkview Warsaw and Parkview Whitley Hospital President Scott Gabriel says the "unique" facility will include the Parkview Center for Healthy Living, which will be located within the on-campus YMCA and offer holistic health and wellness information.

The facility will also include a full service emergency room and medical transport helipad.
