A groundbreaking ceremony is set Thursday for a $5 million student housing project at the Columbus Municipal Airport. Our partners at The Republic report Indianapolis-based Annex Student Living LLC crews have already begun site preparations. The complex will house students enrolled at Indiana University-Purdue University Columbus, Trine University – Columbus, Harrison College, Purdue College of Technology Columbus and Ivy Tech Community College, Columbus-Franklin Region.

The 112-bed Annex of Columbus is expected to be complete by May.

The company has similar student housing projects in Vincennes, South Bend and Kokomo.
