Ntracts Announces CEO

Richardson started his career in 1998 at Hall Render.

Indianapolis-based Ntracts has named Todd Richardson chief executive officer. He previously served as executive vice president of administration at Salesforce.

“With Ntracts, I have found the perfect opportunity to merge my interest in law with my enthusiasm for software. It’s a homecoming of sorts as I rejoin forces with my good friends from Hall Render. I am honored and thrilled to work with the Hall Render and Ntracts teams and to focus on delivering best-in-class software,” Richardson said.

Ntracts is a provider of contract lifecycle management software.
