Noblesville Hires Economic Development Manager

The city of Noblesville has appointed Maranda Taylor to the newly-created position of economic development manager. She most recently served as business development manager for Alderson Commercial Group in Indianapolis. Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree from IUPUI.
