The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has announced details of a planned clinic in Richmond. The Palladium-Item reports the facility would provide services including primary care and outpatient mental health. The clinic is expected to open in the fall of 2014, and include private exam rooms and X-ray facilities.

The paper reports the new building will replace the current clinic on the east side of Richmond and provide nearly double the space. VA officials have reportedly been looking for a new location since April.

Building owner Rod Weiss says the exterior will undergo a “drastic makeover” over the next year.
