New Executive Director Appointed at Area 9 Agency

Indiana University East has hired Tony Foster II as executive director of the Area 9 In-Home & Community Services Agency. He is the executive director of the Department of Metropolitan Development for the City of Richmond. Foster will begin his new role January 4.
