A Carmel-based architecture/design firm and furniture dealer is planning to detail an expansion in the city’s Arts & Design District. Officials say the Wednesday afternoon announcement involves jobs and a $2 million investment.
A news conference is set for 4:30 p.m. at the Indiana Design Center. According to the city, growth for the woman-owned firm has been prompted by an expanding client base in 17 states. The announcement will include the business’s chief executive officer, Mayor Jim Brainard and Indiana Economic Development Corp. Central Region Director Jim Staton.
