Mayors to Outline Open Data Collaboration

A group of mayors from central Indiana will detail a partnership Monday afternoon focusing on open data. Officials say the collaboration will establish the region as a leader in open data policies and practices.
The mayors involved in the 1:30 p.m. news conference at Herron School of Art and Design at IUPUI are: Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard, Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness, Greenwood Mayor Mark Myers and Zionsville Mayor Jeff Papa.
Officials say the leaders involved are also seeking additional partners from within the region.
