Indianapolis-based MainGate Inc. has been named exclusive retailer of an upcoming college football bowl game. The company will run game day merchandise operations for the Quick Lane Bowl at Ford Field in Detroit. INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – MainGate, the premier event retail and merchandising company in the country, has been named the exclusive retail partner for the Inaugural Quick Lane Bowl at Ford Field.

Supported by the Detroit Lions and sponsored by Ford Motor Company's Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center, the Quick Lane Bowl will feature teams from the Big Ten Conference and the Atlantic Coast Conference. The inaugural game between the Rutgers Scarlet Knights and the North Carolina Tar Heels will be played on December 26. MainGate will operate all retail operations within Ford Field on game day.

Current MainGate merchandise partners include five NFL teams (Indianapolis Colts, Washington Redskins, Minnesota Vikings, Detroit Lions, Tennessee Titans), Indiana Pacers, the Circuit of the Americas (United States Grand Prix), United States Bowling Congress, Big Ten Football and Basketball Championships, USGA (U.S. Open), the Kentucky Derby, Susan G. Komen, American Heart Association, and NHRA, among others. MainGate served as the primary retail partner for the NFL at Super Bowl XLVI, XLVII and XLVIII.
