WASHINGTON, D.C. – Indiana Higher Education Commissioner Teresa Lubbers will testify before the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions at 10 a.m. (EST) on Thursday, July 24. The hearing will be focusing on the role of states in higher education with a broad look at funding, oversight and strategies to improve degree attainment.
