Newburgh-based Ragle Inc. broke ground in December and is set to put the final touches on the project by September 15.
The unveiling ceremony is slated for September 9 and will include representatives from the INDOT as well as Mayor Lloyd Winnecke.
In addition to the massive road and infrastructure improvements, the project includes a pedestrian bridge over the Lloyd Expressway and two fewer stoplights along the route. The wraps will also be taken off of a new sign to welcome people to the southwest Indiana city.
