Jasper-based Kimball International Inc. has made leadership changes at two of its subsidiaries. Kourtney Smith will lead National Office Furniture and continue her role as vice president of Kimball International. The company has also tapped Kathy Sigler to succeed Smith as president of Kimball Hospitality. Sigler, who most recently served as vice president of operations for the parent company, will also take on the role of vice preside of Kimball International. Smith most recently served as president of Kimball Hospitality and previously served as vice president of marketing for National Office Furniture.
