The Wayne County Task Force on Jobs is hosting a job fair later this month. Organizers expect the Cambridge City event to feature around 40 employers. Earlham College, Ivy Tech Community College, Indiana University East and Purdue University College of Technology at Richmond will also be represented.

Mary Anne Butters with the Wayne County Task Force on Jobs tells Inside INdiana Business surveys suggest at least 250 people have found jobs through previous fairs.

The task force, in its second year, is designed to boost training, education and job recruitment efforts.

Butters also points out the event is an all-volunteer initiative.
